Dr. Stuart M Lubinski

I have been seeing Dr. Lubinski for approximately 3 years. From the beginning, he took the time to thoroughly discuss and analyze my symptoms and then worked diligently to try various treatment options to deal with my Ulcerative Colitis. I have been receiving ENTYVIO infusions for almost 2 years and am in remission. While I realize everyone is different, the results have been amazing for me. Dr. Lubinski has always answered all of my questions whether in person or via the on-line portal with clear and helpful advice or guidance. I highly recommend him for any gastrointestinal issues. In addition, the office staff, nurses, and infusion team (Michelle/Shannon) have always been friendly, helpful, and reassuring.

I’ve been seeing Dr Lubinski for many years for crohns decease. He is without a doubt the best there is. He listens to you. He has me under control. I can go out without constantly looking for a bathroom. He is a truly gifted Dr. You can’t do any better. Try him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lubinski for a number of years, and I would absolutely highly recommend him to anyone. He has helped me tremendously with my ulcerative colitis and GERD. He is incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, thorough, caring, and respectful. He responds to any and all of my questions and explains everything. During visits, he gives patients full attention and never rushes. Whenever I have messaged him in the portal, he typically replies within a couple hours. I have complete trust in him. He is the consummate professional.

Dr Lubinski asked lots of questions and was attentive to my answers. The office staff was friendly and efficient. overall great experience.

Very knowledgeable smart and very caring doctor

In May I was hospitalized due to UC. Dr Lubinski was the attending GI physician at the time, I'm thankful he was. He helped me tremendously, very professional and understanding. Thank you Dr Lubinski!

Dr. Lubinski is very caring, kind, and professional. He puts the patient at ease and explains conditions well. He spent an ample amount of time with me and was thorough with the entire consultation process. To date, I have not had a specialist take the time and really utilize proper bedside manner. He is a conscientious physician.

Dr Lubinski saved my life. I understand he’s a doctor and that’s “their job” but he didn’t have to treat me like one of his own kids. I would (and have) recommend him to anyone having stomach issues. One of the best doctors I have gone to.

Dx'd at age 25 by another provider. 8 failed therapies with aggressive reactions and an even more aggressive and severe Crohn's Disease. A strange turn of events fortunately led to me to Dr Lubinski's capable hands and my world has since changed for the best. Phone-book thick medical records, Dr Lubinski studied my entire history leaving no page unturned. Upon our first meeting he did not flinch. His confidence was refreshing and new for me. His feedback and care plan was impressive. For the first time ever, I was hopeful. Therapy situated. Remission achieved and sustaining. Symptoms minimal, near non-existent. Dr. Lubinski consulted on my case when I was unexpectedly admitted to the hospital. He was easy to talk to and empathetic to my concerns. He made me feel a lot better during a confusing time, and he took good care of me when I needed a procedure. I found his office staff helpful and willing to work with me as there was some urgency to the scheduling as the procedure needed to be done prior to a surgery I needed.

Both my husband and I are patients of Dr. Lubinski. He is both competent and caring and is interested in our continuing good health. He manages to put me at ease for even the most difficult procedures. A few years ago, Dr. Lubinski helped me to resolve a condition that occurred as a result of hernia surgery. We would recommend him highly to friends and family.

Dr Lubinski is probably the top colitis/crohns Dr in the Phila area. If your looking for the best he is it. They are tough diseases and you need the best Dr.

Dr. Lubinski has been my doctor for many years. He has wonderful bedside manner. He’s caring, personable and a great listener. He will take his time explaining information so you understand your situation. I feel very fortunate that he’s on my care team.

Dr Lubinski has been instrumental in helping me with my Crohn's disease. He is truly interactive with his patients. If I have questions, I can email him through their portal and he responds, same day, or calls if urgent. We have worked through several medications and extreme health issues successfully! I would truly recommend Dr Lubinski.

Very poor. I had to use him because my GI doc left the practice. He charged my insurance for a comprehensive visit when it was no more than a 10 min chat. I did my own follow up to schedule my colonoscopy and endoscopy we had discussed. My endoscopy required additional testing. He has never called or spoken to me since the short visit in the recovery room even though my results were not normal. I have received no follow up care or instructions for further treatments or testing.

I wish I could rate a 0. I wish there was more space for everything. Do not use this dr. The office was horrible when I needed an emergency appt. After 2 months of calling almost everyday and 3 ER trips, they booked me an appt 3 weeks out. Then Dr Lubinski didnt believe I was in pain. He told me he'd order my Crohns injections and he never did. This went on for 4 months that he kept saying he would then forgetting. He never ended up ordering even after admitting he forgot. Poor bedside manner.

Dr. Lubinski is caring, knowledgeable and really listens to you. Personally, I fully believe he saved my life-or at least improved the quality of it to the point where it was worth living. Highly recommended!

I began seeing Dr. Lubinski in May of this year (2017), and I have worked with him extensively since that time. He is nothing short of impressive. I’m 35 and have had Crohn’s for 30 years. He collected my entire medical history, which is longer than the Bible, and studied it before deciding how we would approach things. He is very professional, but empathetic and compassionate. He takes my thoughts and opinions seriously (or at least he appears too). He returns calls promptly. He established my entire care team. I am seeing a fantastic Internal Medical doctor that he recommended and a surgeon as well (I will be facing the blade again soon). I liked the surgeon immediately as well, and the three of them work together and communicate on my case. Ive never truly experience remission, and I have had some good doctors. I believe that if anybody can get me where i need to be it’s Dr. Lubinski. Again I’ve seen some big wig doctors at Mount Sinai in New York City. As someone who has had this disease forever I recommend Dr. Lubinski big time. I recommend him wherever you are. He’s worth commuting for because there are not many Crohn’s doctors who are truly great. Dr. L is a future hall of famer. Dr Lubinski is extremely caring, knowledgeable and will take the time needed to break everything down making it easy to understand. I feel very confident that my GI health is in the most capable hands! ??

Would give zero stars if possible. Mismanaged care and had to transfer to another GI specialist who confirmed my care was suboptimal. Poor bedside manner. Would not recommend to anyone.

Dr. Stuart Lubinski, is a very down to earth, caring doctor. He takes the time to listen to you and asks the right questions. He's very understanding and I think he has a great heart. I recommend him highly if you are looking for a great gastroenterologist he's your man.

I have rarely met a doctor with worse bed-side manner. He appears to not care for the patient at all. I am a nurse and after talking to a number of area doctors they all disliked him and some have stopped referring to Gastroenterology Associates saying that they have become too big and patient care is poor. My daughter switched from CHOP to this practice and it has been nothing but incompetence and apathy and no accountability. I wish I had more space to explain the specifics.

I started with Dr. Lubinski 16 years ago when I was first diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. He helped me through the surgery to remove my colon and has kept me remarkably healthy in the intervening years. He is always good at explaining what's going on and he keeps really up-to-date with the latest trends in UC care. Highly recommended! I probably owe him my life. :-)

Doctor made me feel confident and safe with my ileostomy. Doctor took a lot of time with me. I did not feel rushed. The office staff was great with me also.

Dr. Ellen Shaw has been my GI doctor the last several years. She has been fabulous for me and I was extremely sad to learn of her retirement. After researching the other doctors at this practice, I choose Dr. Lubinski. I had some rather high standards when I entered Dr. Lubinski's office the first time. My patient/doctor relationship with Dr. Shaw has always been a 10 in every department!! My colonoscopy is finished and I can honestly say, that I feel I have chose an excellent GI doctor!

Had a very good experience with Dr. Lubinski. I have always seen Dr. Cherian in the past and really like him. This visit was with Dr. Lubinski and I was not disappointed. He was patient, kind, reassuring and extremely competent and professional. Would highly recommend either of these doctors.

Visited him for the first time today. He had read my chart even before seeing me, was very thorough, asked clarifying questions and was a great listener. I was very comfortable with him and felt he was very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. Office staff great as well.

I came to him in April 2014 in bad shape. He managed to wean me off Prednisone and got me on the proper medication. I am now doing well. He's a REAL doctor who genuinely cares and pays attention to your problems.
