Dr. Eric B Goosenberg

This was my first visit with Dr Goosenberg. He read answers to the medical history questionnaire I filled out, and he asked me questions. I am totally satisfied with the diagnosis and treatment he proposed to me for my gastrointestinal problem. In addition, he discovered that my heart has an irregular beat, and he called my primary doctor's office so that I might see a primary doctor ASAP, and have an ECG. I thank him for his "total" care.

Dr. Groosenberg was very knowledgeable. He listened to our concerns and explained what he was doing during the procedure. He was very careful and concerned about the patient's comfort. He was a very caring man.

Dr. Treated me well answered my questions when asked. Did not give in-depth answers did not follow up by ordering medicines he said he was going to I had to call more than one time to get action on the prescription he said he was going to order I would recommend another doctor in this practice if a friend asked.

Dr. Goosenberg spent more of the appointment talking before he ever listened to my symptoms. Whenever I spoke, he seemed annoyed and was short with me. I didn’t find there was any room for dialogue between us as it hurt his ego for me to ask questions. He was irritated and annoyed before the appointment even began and it was his first time meeting me.

Colonoscopy

Dr. Goosenberg spent 15 minutes with me. He asked a lot of questions and explained in detail on the course of treatment he recommended for me.

I have been using Dr Goosenberg for over 20 years for chronic gastro attacks. I found him to be pleasant and caring. But, his main course of action was to perform an endoscopy which showed nothing even though I still had problems. Finally I told him I was vomiting blood during an attack. Again, he wanted to do another endoscopy. I refused. The end result of this unfocused care was that my stomach perforated during an attack and came through my very large hiatal hernia. Lucky for me I was rushed to the hospital in time to have an excellent surgeon operate and save my life. He was furious and shocked that Dr Goosenberg never suggested repairing the hernia. My situation could have been resolved years ago with a simple repair. I’m lucky to be alive, but not because of Dr Goosenberg’s care.

* Unfortunately, I've lived with IBS symptoms for many years, resulting in numerous hospitalizations, being a patient to large group of doctors and having test after test performed. The doctors couldn't answer the whys, whats, and hows so the embarrassing, unexpected and painful episodes continued. * Fed up and defeated, I began my own research and found Dr. Goosenberg. * Dr. Goosenberg listens, shows true concern, performs thorough exams, takes time to review & discuss your history, patiently answers questions and does NOT rush you out the door. * His compassion, kindness and knowledge make him "one-of-a-kind". * And best of all - I HAVEN'T HAD ONE INCIDENT SINCE COMPLETING HIS TREATMENT. I'M 100% SYMPTOM-FREE AND FEEL GREAT!! * I'm forever grateful and will continue recommending him to ANYONE I CAN. Thank You!

This place is great. They get you in really quick and help you with what ever you need. I have been suffering with GERD for 6 months, no doctor really could help me out with my issues. One star is generous. Saw him several times for ongoing pain, strung me along for months of appointments and testing. All tests showed gallstones, yet refused to believe my description of pain, and that the gallstones were in fact causing the pain. Diagnosed me as IBS, even though I had no symptoms. Eventually saw another doctor, immediately recommended that I have my gallbladder removed. I did, and now I am back to perfect health. He is a waste of time and a lousy listener & practitioner

Dr. Goosenberg was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Was not hurried and explained everything well.

Dr. Goosenberg is intelligent, personable and thorough. The office staff is terrific.

I cannot recommend Dr. Goosenberg more highly. He answers all my questions with much patience and in great detail. I always leave his office feeling informed and heartened. Never do I feel rushed in an appointment with him. His manner is calm and personable. He always shows genuine concern and truly listens. Eric Goosenberg's professional experience and personal qualities truly make him a five-star physician for me.

Very rude. Did not listen to my concerns and seemed unwilling to address my questions. I made it clear that I had been and was in a lot of pain and that it had been quite a long time that I had been experiencing this pain. I made it clear that it was physically affecting me and in current discomfort. He suggested a different diet and had an attitude mixed with not listening when I mentioned that I already have diet restrictions and asked if further restrictions would affect nutrition.

We travelled from Warminster to see Dr Goosenberg in Rydal. This is for an evaluation. The dr read from a report as he was unaware of my medical situation. He did not look at my site or examine the wound area.All he did was tell me it would be 8 weeks before my tube may be removed. This will be determined by another practice. The question is,why did I have an office visit when this information could have been relayed over the telephone. The doctor is very nice man but nothing was accomplis
