Dr. Carroll listens carefully and tries to provide practical solutions to health issues and concerns.

Cheryl Norman was told by Dr. Carroll to take Aleve for pain in right side. In one day the pain is almost gone.Thank you!

Been seing Dr. Carrol for over 10 years. Always informed, empathetic and encouraging. So grateful for him and all the fantastic staff working with him.

Amazing! I was in and out of the hospital seeing many specialists and found Dr. Carrol to have a primary doc. His advice is what helped me start to get better. He sees our whole family great doctor!

Agree! Time to look for a new doctor. The best words to describe Dr. Carroll impatient, intolerant and hostile. Unwilling to listen. Or respond with any understanding. Treated as if I was a hypochondriac. Even though I haven't been to see him in 3 years.

Would absolutely not recommend Dr. Carroll! He did not listen. Was rude. Talked down to me. Huge male ego!

Dr. Carroll made my wife cry today, being already irritated as he walked into the room and then impatient and intolerant. she was following up on existing treatment and he was irritated. She told him off and then he "accepted the criticism" and calmed down, but he needed to already have bedside manner. We've been seeing him 12 years but need to find a new doctor. Be ready in general to be told that everything bad is because you're fat, and it's all diet and exercise (lifestyle). acid reflux? because you're fat. pain? fat. light-headed? fat. it'll all eventually go away with diet and exercise, but no comfort nor treatment to offer in the meantime. My wife mentioned a prescription he gave made her feel sick and he was upset to offer a new prescription. I am disappointed in Dr Carroll and his staff

Dr. Carroll is interesting. His reviews leave the reader perplexed because it seems you either love him or you don't. My wife and I have been seeing him for more than 10 years and have had mixed experiences. Most of the time he's a good listener, knowledgable and caring. That said, he occasionally comes across rushed, gruff and not that interested in what you're telling him. I can't speculate as to why the sporadic inconsistency... but after 10 years, we still call him first. I have high expectations from doctors so earning a 5 would require more than just a regular experience... thus the 3. Dr. Carroll is interesting. He's been my doctor for a while now. He is super awesome and gives it to me straight! He just helped me get my missions papers done quickly!

He's a good doctor- very thorough and professional. I love that they are so close to my home. All my experiences have been positive here and I would definitely recommend him

Just got two vaccines, one in each arm, from Bonnie at Doctor Carroll's office and she did a fantastic job. She even warned up the vaccine before giving me the shots. I felt absolutely no pain.

Dr Carroll is great! I have known him for many years and when I went in to see him with a health concern, he took the time to find out what was wrong and sent me to get the tests I needed. He literally saved my life!!!

I went to him for a flight physical because he insisted he could do them. Turns out he can't. This is something he should have known, and its not something that can be trifled over. This indicated to me that he doesn't know what he's doing. Not good for someone in whom you exect to have trust and confindence. This cost me a great deal of wasted time. I won't return.

I would give zero stars if I could. He is horrible doctor who doesn't care about your issues and seems annoyed if you ask him any questions about your health. I'm was shocked with my experience with Dr. Carroll today. It was my first visit as I'm looking for a family doctor but I won't be going back. He started the appointment with a hostile position and kept finding ways to tell me I didn't have the conditions I was trying to share with him. Zero bed-side manners and he left the room abruptly after begrudgingly writing a prescription that I asked for. I'm was shocked with my experience with Dr. Carroll today. Really have had great experiences with Dr Carroll - has helped me with treatment programs over time and is great.

Our visit was not rushed, he educated us, allowed us to ask questions (asked if we had any more questions several times) was very smart (which is what a doctor should be, this isn’t social hour) and put us on a track to better health. What more do you want?

Dr. Carroll is a very kind, caring doctor. He was a great listener and super helpful with any questions I had. He put all of my worries to rest and was very knowledgable. His staff is very nice and friendly as well. 10/10 would recommend this place!

My experience with Dr. Carroll was great! I recently moved to Utah from Texas and needed to find a good primary care doctor. Dr. Carroll was friendly and took his time in getting to know me and my medical history. He answered all of my questions without me feeling rushed. He was very professional and I was confident that he had my best interests at heart.

I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Tyler Carroll and his staff. I would rather drive out of the state to visit a better facility than to visit Dr. Carroll again.

Dr Carroll is a LIAR and refused to help me. He just printed off a Mayo Clinic google search and walked out. I had previously scheduled an EXTENDED appointment that somehow only lasted 10 minutes.

Doctor Carroll was a complete quack. He disregarded my previous medical needs and refused to look into my issue. I have been in pain for three months with no relief. I asked again for him to help me instead he looked at his watch and decided my time in his office is up. I definitely do not recommend this doctor and he needs his license revoked. I'd prefer to give a great review, but this doctor was the worst. He was rude, abrupt and downright mean. My appointment wasn't very long, but he kept saying he was too busy, and even said to schedule another appointment. I wasn't going to write a review, but after I told my husband the recommendations he made, my husband looked up new research by Harvard and U of Wisconsin that exhibited that his advice wasn't up to date. The Highland Clinic is a great facility. It's always clean and the staff is friendly.

I’ve been going to Dr. Carroll for over a decade. Always received excellent care. Staff is awesome. When my insurance company tried to get me to use another provider, I fought to go back to Dr. Carroll for primary care.

This doctor shouldn't be in a business dealing with people. I will never go back. He was rude, even argumentative, and left me confused. Even though he didn't spend a lot of time with me, he kept saying he was too busy. At the end he cut me off and said to schedule another appointment if I wanted more time. I would never recommend him.

I am a cancer patient and have been to MANY different doctors. One of the first things Dr. Carroll let me know was that he was in a hurry. (He reminded me of that 3 times during our rather short visit). I went in for one pressing matter but had some other concerns I wanted to ask about. He seemed annoyed that I had other issues. He didn't offer any hope, suggestions or future care. Never smiled, never cared, and honestly was quite rude. I will never go back.

I am 47 years old and have always just gone to whatever Dr was close to my house as I have moved around for my career. I recently bought a home in Highland and needed a Dr. I went to Dr. Carroll because he was the closest to my house. I will continue going to him as long as I live in Utah because he is the best Dr. I have had in years. He addressed things I did not specifically go in there for. He deals in whole health. He is blunt. He lays it all out for you, tells you what he would do, but involves you in the process and tells you it is your choice. He follows up. His staff does what they say they will do. If you’re looking for "Patch Adams" this is not the guy. If you are looking for a genuine, thorough, caring, efficient, just darn good Dr., this is best one I have been to in years---and the only one I have ever bothered to post a review about on the internet for sure.
