Nothing good to say , that says it all. To many office problems. Lieing staff members. Thank you for discharging me. Guess the truth was to hard for them to handle. Glad to a share personal experience and my "Breeze confidential messages" . Hoping lack of treatment and abandonment filings won't go unnoticed by medical board and state licensing board. Do you own research. Or better yet- just find another Reumetologist. Better ones to pick from. Office is poorly ran at best! Don't think you can talk to anyone and tell them your true feelings , you will be dismissed if you ask questions. And by all means , don't get a blanket provided for freezing office temps.. being stuck 3 times for infusion and infusion nurse forgot to remove tournequet.. she stated she had to restart it. Stick number 4. Requested Dr. to do it and was faced with infusion nurses insulting remarks and told to leave and make appointment with Dr. Stopped at Office managers office upset with the treatment I did and didn't recieve. Of course the doctor was only given snipets of what happened. And she refused my request to start the infusion herself- I was told "she doesn't have time and I would be put back on self home injections" same one that never gave any relief in prior years. Called the script into pharmacy then all my follow up appointments were canceled through the "Breeze app through confidential messaging". I shut down the Breeze App. Now all correspondence will be done by registered certified mail (and fax to release medical records) . So she prescribes me medication yto use , then abandons me for any follow up appointments... why do such a stupid thing. Oh. guess I should say "freaking" thing. Which is found to be abusive language in her practice. But the bright side-- I don't have listen to the infusion nurse complaining that she is over worked and don't know why she stays there. Never got an opportunity to see the doctor. Front office did not return my calls over 4-5 weeks of trying. Finally got a call back only to hear reasons why an appointment could not be made. Too many coices of doctors to tolerate poor service.

Dr. Tran refused to offer virtual visits to high risk patients during pandemic in spite of multiple requests. Patients' welfare is not a priority here.

My experience matches that of a recent review stating bloodwork results were not addressed even though there were multiple values out of the normal range, reserving no appointment times for those who need to be seen sooner than eight weeks out, and sticking you on chemotherapy drugs instead of being at least intellectually curious as to what the root cause of symptoms are. Sure, she comes across as caring and detail-oriented at the initial appointment, but after that it’s just one risky medication (all of which could cause lymphoma, per the package inserts) after another, even though she stated in each instance it could take 3-6 months to begin seeing improvement yet never gave any of them that long to work, instead switching to another. Long waits (both upon arrival and for next appointment) would have been forgiven had not the aforementioned issues made it clear the “care” here is substandard-to-nonexistent. Forget about trying to get in while you’re having a great deal of inflammation/pain to have updated blood work done which could help with diagnosis; you have to wait for your next scheduled appointment even though acute flare/“attack” might have passed by then. Again, it makes no sense that Dr. Tran does not reserve any appointment times for such cases, which makes it clear to me that she couldn’t care less about helping her patients; she just wants to pack her practice. I’m out. I was seen by this office twice. The first time I was seen I was so excited because after months and months of sitting in pain and having limbs not work properly I was getting the help I thought I needed. On my second visit the staff completely forgot I was there and I waited for an hour and a half in the lobby, I was then finally asked if I was waiting for my appointment by a very nice nurse and I advised her I was. She finally took me back (the nursing staff here is very nice I loved the nursing staff that’s why I give a two star rating). During this appointment I was pushed a supplement Juice Plus, which is fine if we didn’t spend an hour talking about juice plus and not my issues I was still having. Up to this point I had been taking methotrexate for almost 2-3 months I believe. I was still feeling every bit of pain I had been feeling, plus nausea as a side effect of this drug. I left this appointment feeling very weird about the juice plus thing and just completely unsure, I then decided to reach out to the Mayo Clinic who diagnosed me with something different and put me on another drug that seems to be working, they also checked my heart and found that I have prolonged QT, I was prescribed a couple weeks before a sulfur medication that is on the “do not take with prolonged QT list” luckily I was feeling weird about this medication and didn’t even fill it. Unsure why my heart activity was never checked, when that medication could have seriously hurt me. I don’t think she’s a bad doctor, I just think sometimes patients fall through the crack or we get complacent in our jobs and forget to take the extra steps to keep our patients safe. Dr Tran appears to be very smart and thorough. She did not feel particularly empathetic or understanding, or have a good bedside manner. I did not feel especially heard during my appointment. I was told to come back in 4 weeks but they only had one option at 6 weeks or 8 weeks. I couldn't find care for my child (due to her having surgery) and my appointment was cancelled, and moved out another 7 weeks (first avail.) I don't know why she is taking new patients if she is this booked. Between appointments, I received really disjointed communications from her staff, serious test results with no call to explain, and had to call numerous times to get answers (Marty on her staff was lovely and very helpful though.) I have shed too many tears in frustration due to this practice and process. It might be just everyday to them, but it's life-chanfinf stuff for patients, and that did not seem to matter to, or register with, Dr Tran. It made my diagnosis even more stressful. If you don't need to feel like an involved member in your own care then you may be fine with Dr Tran. If you like to be heard, understand what is going on or what results mean, and have good clear communication and timely appointments, this is not the rheumatologist for you. My visit with Dr. Tran was great. She spent a long time with me answering my questions and giving me a thorough examination. I felt confident that she knew my symptoms and understood my problems when we finished. I had a hard time trying to find a rheumatologist who would even see me. They all told me they wouldn't see me for osteoarthritis which is what my surgeon had told me he thought I had, but since I had never been to a rheumatologist I wanted to be sure. (I had hip replacement surgery). The practices I had contacted would only see me if I had been diagnosed with RA. One can't know if they have RA until they are seen by a rheumatologist, so it was maddening to me. Thank goodness Dr. Tran is a rheumatologist who was willing to see me and found that I did in fact have RA. Don't give up if you get the run around by these arrogant doctors. Dr. Tran is a gift!

Dr. Tran the BEST Rheumatologist! Always professional, thorough, and thoughtful. Dr. Tran makes patient care her first priority! She’s is an expert in her field! She talked me through everything I needed to do, what my next steps would be, and also answered my million questions I had for her. I am beyond grateful I am under her care for my autoimmune conditions. I highly recommend Dr. Tran & her office!

From my first visit with Dr. Tran, it was very apparent that, I was being well-looked after. My health has improved. She quickly communicates test results to me, and makes sure my PCP is in the loop. It surprises me how carefully she listens to my words and how focused she is on everything I tell her. Dr. Tran is very special and I highly recommend her.

Dr. Tran is truly a one of a kind! You just don’t find doctors like her! I really feel like she was born to be a doctor. After years of wrong diagnosis’s and even being told nothing was wrong, I was referred to Dr. Tran and finally got answers. She is so kind, compassionate, and NEVER RUSHES YOU or around like most doctors. She works with you trying different things until something works. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. TRAN RHUEMATOLOGY

Excellent doctor! She is very thorough and patient. After years of being sick, and slowly going down hill, and told by some supposed rheumatologists, and other doctors, that nothing is wrong with me, I am finally getting some answers. I am content to put my faith, and life in this woman's hands. I can't say enough good things about her.

Dr Tran is an amazing dr and woman! She’s called me after hours. She’s FB messaged me. She genuinely cares for her patients. She’s helped me through my RA, lupus and Fibromyalgia. She’s very knowledgeable about rheumatology. The staff is very friendly and caring, too. You won’t find a more caring dr anywhere! I don’t know where I’d be without Dr. Tran.

Dr. Tran is a very kind and caring Doctor. I would come in the office so stoved up she would put my shoes back on for me. I am a difficult person to treat as I have difficulty with medicines. Yet she works hard to make sure what I try does not adversely harm me in other ways. In my experience it is hard to find a doctor with her kind of compassion for her patients.

I would highly recommend Dr. Tran! She takes her time ,she really listens to you. You will never feel rushed in your appointment because she does take her time with you, so if you have to wait remember she really listening to the patient. I personally don’t mind waiting because I know that she is going give me the best care that I have ever gotten from anyone else. Her staff cares they get back with you when you call or need a refill on your prescription. I have gone to her for three year and I have recommended her to people I love. I trust her completely. I am great full that my primary care doctor found her and sent me to her.

She was average as a provider however she was always late. Her staff is terrible. Very rude and not forthright. When I asked to transfer my records to a new doctor, she tried to charge both myself and the new doctor separately for the same record transfer which seems illegal to me.

Dr. Tran is very caring & seems very knowledgeable. She listens to my concerns & does a thorough exam every visit. Like many others, I have not had great experiences with the scheduling/front desk staff & the MA. Not professional or caring. Not willing to work with you on appointments. Very long, unreasonable wait times with no explanation for the delays. Can't get anyone to listen to that. If improvements aren't made soon, sadly I will be forced to look elsewhere for care.

I drive an hr to & from, to see Dr. Tran & P.A Ricci. They both are sympathetic & kind. I trust their knowledge. They're the best in Indiana. The office staff on the other hand is not good. Poor patient courtesy. The wait time is unusually long. However, when you realize they take whatever time is needed with you, they do the same for everyone. So, I'm not bothered by the wait. Dr Tran/Ricci are kind & knowledgeable. They personally have returned my calls. Not many do this anymore. But they do.

Dr. Tran is a skilled diagnostician and will continually work with you to adjust your treatment plan. The amount of time that she spends ensures that all of your questions are answered. She's a skilled doctor, but her staff is very lackluster. Follow-up with the nurses and with billing has been painful at times based on inability to get a live person on the phone. Medication adjustments have not always been coordinated properly with the pharmacy.

I've been seeing her for a couple of years now & I am looking else where for treatment now! She is always running late as she will not schedule people for appropriate time slots, I have never been seen at the time of my appointment or within 10-15 min of it. I have always waited around a hour plus. She is friendly & kind, however she never knows what dosage of medication she has given me & asks me even with my chart in front of her. This leads to her misunderstanding & sends wrong prescriptions

Dr. Tran is a great doctor. Problem is her staff/office management system. When you call the office you never get a person. It is a recording with options for appointments, nurse, or pre authorization for medication. Today I left messages for the receptionist, the nurse and for pre authorization. The receptionist's recording states she will get back within 24 hours to make appointment. The nurse's recording did not give a time frame to expect a return call nor did the pre authorization recording

Excellent listener with strong clinical skills, compassion, and willingness to be flexible in fashioning the best treatment. She stays the course and is thorough. In my experience, she contacts you after hours, even, in appropriate cases. I have always had prompt responses to requests for clinical guidance, whether from the doctor or from nursing staff. Having been through the mill with less gifted practitioners, I am grateful for her care.

Dr Tran was very nice but the communication with her staff was bad. When told to start methotrexate shots, there was no training,no one to show me how. I have only had one consultation so far, but it was enough to realize just how knowledgeable she is. You must first fill out a very detailed questionnaire that she uses to help diagnose you. Also the time she spends with you is not the typical 10 minute slot to get you in and out like a lot of other doctors. She will make sure that she and you are both comfortable with all the questions answered.

Dr. Tran is a good diagnostician, but she has a hard time explaining how you will treat your condition and how illness will effect you. I think it might be because she's not a very organized person. Your visits can be confusing when you don't have the best communicator explaining how to take your medication. Her staff rarely communicates with one another, so plan on making many phone calls if you have a question, but don't be surprised if you get the voicemail.
