Appt was at 3:00 and got in at 3:15. X-ray was taken and reviewed by the doctor. The diagnosis seemed reasonable to me given how the issue started. Orthotics were sent out to be refurbished. Orthopedic slides were suggested. Left with a stretch boot and stretch exercises to do. Time will tell if this will solve my back of heel pain or not. The only negative for me is I felt the staff and doctor were rushing me through the process even though my appt was thirty minutes. I probably spent 10 minutes with the nurse and 20 minutes with the doctor. Although all my expectations were met I find this rush in and out a turn off. However it was late in the day. This is my second podiatrist so I fully expect my medical issue to be remedied over time. We will have to wait and see.

Dr. Sullivan was excellent! Finally, a doctor who listened to our concerns and made an informed, sincere and professional diagnosis. He was great with our son and made us feel like we were actual humans and not just someone who was "paying his paycheck". His staff is great, as well. Professional and compassionate. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Everybody is always very helpful and positive.

Short wait time. Dr Sullivan was very good. Informative and personable.

I could tell Dr. Sullivan's incredibly knowledgeable and great at what he does! He wasn't afraid to test out my injury, and he didn't ask for any unnecessary scans either. For my sprained ankle, he gave me awesome inserts for my shoes that I'm supposed to wear all day, and it's shocking how much better my ankle feels now!

I got in quickly during the Holliday season. Dr Sullivan was very nice and quickly got my issue taken care of. He explained while he was doing it, when I started to feel some pinching from the procedure he offered to numb more and told me how long was left, he finished quickly. I was told how to follow up very well. His staff was very friendly and accommodating also.

Dr. Sullivan took time to understand the problems and figure out how to address them. He was very personable and kind. I spent way less money to fix the problem by going to see him before doing anything else. The office personnel were very helpful and nice. I would recommend this office to anyone with foot and ankle problems.

Always helpful in getting problems solved.! I would highly recommend them for any podiatry needs . Everyone in office provides a positive friendly atmosphere.

The staff and doctor were friendly and efficient. This was my first ever visit to a podiatrist. I couldn’t have been more comfortable.

Dr. Sullivan was recommended to me by a friend. I was very pleased with my st visit & the outcomes. He was very professional, supportive & "present" during my appointment. In addition he was very knowledgeable & skillful with the procedure. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Sullivan & his entire staff were great! Not only were they comforting prior to my procedure, but they were also comforting during & after. Dr. Sullivan & his staff were able to clearly explain the process, next steps, & after care. They were able to answer all of my questions without judgement. I was also given a choice of moving forward with what was needed that day or the option to come back another day. I did not feel any pressure from Dr. Sullivan or his staff. Dr. Sullivan is knowledgeable and competent. I would recommend taking more time with patients to answer their questions fully and to educate them in prevention and treatment rather than rushing them along because you are in a hurry to see the next patient or to leave for the day. Quick, Friendly, Helpful. The Doctor and Nurse explained everything as they were doing it and were very informative

Visit was for my wife the staff was very professional and Dr Sullivan was excellent with her as she has advanced dementia he explained everything to her completely and made her very comfortable

A swing and miss; had a rough time even getting my basic questions addressed without getting the "let's hurry this up" vibe. I think my appointment with the physician lasted about 7 minutes; really tough to swallow for a total visit charge of $455 (including walking boot). My suspicion is they're trying to get too many folks in/out on a daily basis. Too bad, as both the Dr. and his staff were all friendly and seemed knowledgeable. I have worn orthodics for the past 25 years (custom molded) they quit working a year ago,tried to solve problem myself haha and in severe pain. There is no reason to keep living in pain like I did, it rules you. My first appointment was great,pulled up to the front door, limped right in (single floor building). Problem solved walked out 80% better.l should have bought orthodic slippers while there,nice display area. Dr. Sullivan and his staff are always great. They are very accommodating take as much time as necessary with their visits. I have never felt rushed.
