I have never had a doctor who was so genuinely concerned about my issues. If I have a question, I e-mail her and either she or her nurse responds within a few hours. She's awesome and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great primary care physician.

Dr. Mardos takes any concerns you have very seriously. She never makes me feel rushed and is not the type to make you feel bad about yourself (i.e. the doctors that tell you if you lost a little weight you'll never get sick again) She is exceptionally kind and thorough. Dr Mardos and her staff are great! The billing department at IU could stand some education but I have nothing but praise for this location.

Dr. Mardos is hands down the very best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of receiving treatment from. She has patiently listened to every single ailment and symptom. She is thorough in her exams and in getting to the root of the cause. She treats the cause, not the symptom. I have had some odd health issues, but every single time, she has hit nail on the head. I recommend her to EVERYONE. I honestly can not say enough great things about her. She will never make you feel like your concerns aren't taken seriously. Always spends time discussing issues and concerns. Never makes you feel rushed.

Dr. Mardos and her staff are amazing!!! She listens to what is going on with you and makes suggestions accordingly. She asks what you would like to pursue and takes into consideration the entire person, not just the illness. She is definitely a rare find and I wish I could take her with me when I move!

Pathetic billing department associated with this doctor sent a bill to collections after two months because they had the wrong address. Made 0 attempts to call my wife after they themselves stated multiple bills they'd attempted to mail us were returned by the post office. We paid the bill immediately when the collection agency called (see how that works?). But, we break ground on a home in a month. This is the last thing we need to be worrying about is a useless billing department who could actually jeopardize our home and financial situation over $160. Absolutely infuriating and the last time we will ever see this doctor. before finding Dr Mardos I was on my way to my kidneys shutting down along with the rest of my body. She spared no time getting to the bottom of everything. I do not know a doctor who would spend 2 hours with one patient to make sure everything was addressed. I so appreciate dr Mardos and her nurse for helping save my life.

Dr. Mardos is an excellent physician. She looks me in the eye and listens to my concerns. She answers my questions frankly and thoroughly. She quickly answers my emails. Its easy to schedule an appointment with her. She is compassionate and caring. Overall a great doctor to work with. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Mardos saved my life. I went to quite a few specialist and my old PCP left and no one could figure out what what was wrong with me. Dr. Mardos took the time to listen and promised me she would not give up on me and ordered test. After one test I was immediately ordered to go straight to the ER. I was told I was days within dying by another doctor in the hospital. If it hadn't been for Dr. Mardos and her commitment to her patients I would not be here today.
