Wife in pain booked an appointment, had paperwork and they cancelled an appointment the day prior. Extremely unprofessional.

My 12 yr old daughter had a root canal by Dr. Pham. Her appointment was at 2:30 they didn't get her in the back til almost 4 then while he has her mout propped open he leaves her to work on another patient. Then goes back to her and kept complaining that her mouth was too small and her teeth were crowded. Maybe if he wouldn't have left her so long her mouth would have stayed open. She can't control how big her mouth is. When we got in car she tells me he was saying cuss words while working on her. Very unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend him. Not impressed with this office at all. They never answer their phones and take WEEKS to even return a call. Took them almost 90 days to schedule my daughters root canal after having authorization for almost 90 days. I personally feel this Dr should not be working with children due to lack of compassion and bed side manners. Will most likely not return. Not impressed with this office at all. Very pleased with our service the staff is wonderful. English and Spanish speaking. They were awesome with our daughter.

Absolutely the nicest and kindest dental offices I worked with. They are very efficient and most importantly they care. I have been to their office 3 times and all three time, I had an amazing service

My daughter came here June 11 for the consultation and they office staff was amazing and so was the doctor. They took care of the authorization with the insurance in 2 days. They were booked ani the out but I called to let them k ow how much pain my daughter was in and they called me on the 17 of June , the following week, and told me he would get her in on the 18. Happyscc7812 Dr Pham is wonderful....calm, understanding, smart and caring. He is very thorough and conscientious and won’t do procedures that aren’t necessary. His assistant, admin is also caring and efficient. I would recommend this office!

Dr. Pham was amazing!! My 9 year old son needed a root canal due to dental trauma. Dr. Pham was extremely patient with him, explaining the process step by step to both of us. Even though my son was very afraid at first, Dr. Pham was able to calm him down and make him feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The office administrator was extremely helpful as well. This is the worst dr that my insurance has ever sent me to.i would not recommend him to anyone he would not see my child because she was crying I would not even give him a 1 star if it wasn't for me being able to wright a rewiew...

Just completed the second part of a root canal treatment for my 7 year old son and could not be more pleased with the outcome and overall service provided by Dr. Pham and his assistant. They are both extremely nice, work very well with kids to make them feel comfortable and Dr. Pham did a fabulous job with the root canal. The office is very clean and looks to be well equipped with latest technology. My son needs to see his regular dentist next to continue work on the tooth, but told me he wants to go back and see Dr. Pham instead :)... that means the world to me and I would not hesitate a second to recommend this practice to anyone in need of root canal work, especially if you're looking for a great endodontist for your child, which has been my personal experience. I want to commend the staff and Dr. Pham for the excellent emergency service that they provided for my ten year old grandson who needed root canal treatment on his front tooth. I had been searching two days for a dentist that would take my dental plan and when I called this office I was informed that they were dropping that insurance as of Monday. Ms. Belky could hear the desperation and frustration in my voice and she asked Dr. Pham if he would see us as an emergency. He agreed. I live in St. Pete and I was more than willing to make the 45 minute drive to his office. My grandson had been in extreme pain for the last 3 days. We were popping over the counter pain pills like m&ms that only provided limited relief. We were not going to survive the weekend and I was extremely desperate and worried. To hear a child cry and plea for help (3 days) is awful. After his last scheduled patient he began to work on my grandson's problem. At first Dr. Pham was apprehensive because my grandson was very uptight, but him and Ms. Belky talked him through the procedure. In the end my grandson acknowledged that it didn't hurt like he thought it would . Dr Pham did an excellent job. If you have a low threshold for pain then you would do well to go to Dr. Pham. Thanks to him we are recovering very well. The one thing that sets this office apart from so many I called (please note that I called over 15 offices) was their level of compassion for my situation. If you want a caring professional dentist that specialize in root canal treatment then I highly recommend Dr. Thai Pham. He was a blessing to me and my grandson. Dr. Pham was amazing. I had a root canal needing done, and my dentist referred me to him. The office is clean, small, and stunningly done. I never had to wait very long to be see, and when I was seen, I never felt rushed. Dr. Pham walked me through the root canal, even after me being a difficult patient to numb up, but once I was, everything when smoothly. He even took a couple extra minutes to show and explain to me just what a root canal was! If I am in need of another root canal anytime, I am going back to him. He and his staff are top notch. My son needed emergency care after a checkup and we searched for weeks for a doctor in Orlando with no luck. Dr. Pham was the only doctor that agreed to work operate on such short notice. The staff at the office were very patient and helpful, also working to expedite authorization issues with insurance. Office was immaculate. Clean, organized, and professional. Brought my 7 year old here to get a root canal, I was nervous to say the least but they were so patient and kind with her I am so happy! Dr. Pham and the girls in the office are wonderful and did an amazing job! Don't regret coming here at all despite the hour drive from my house! Thanks again!

Called and got same day appointment. Fast, professional and pain free procedure.
