First experience was great. Office staff was nice. Dr. Bell seems nice.

DR. BELL IS EASY TO TALK TO AND IS WILLING TO SEND YOU TO OTHER DOCTORS FOR OTHER CONCERNS WHEN NEEDED, WHICH IS RARE. VERY KIND, NOT RUSHING ME WITH MY CONCERNS AND FEARS. I JUST STARTED SEEING HIM ABOUT 4YRS AGO, MY OLD DOCTOR MADE ME FEEL AS I WAS RUSHED THROUGH AND JUST GAVE UP. I HAVE ISSUES AND NEED A DOCTOR TO HELP ME WITH GETTING ALL INFO AND BE MY ROCK AS FAR AS DEALING WITH MY HEALTH. HE GAVE ME ALL THE TIME I NEEDED. I FEEL THIS IS THE DOCTOR FOR ME. THANK YOU DOCTOR BELL. ALSO HIS STAFF IS VERY KIND AND HELPFUL IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR NEED RESCHEDULING.

Legit the office staff including the so called office manager 'Kristy' & the staff have no professionalism what so ever! They falsify documenting when patients call and the conversation. They will 'take a message' from you and then no one ever calls back. They supposedly made my husband inactive because he wasn't seen in a year, yet when my husband was sick They would allow him to come in! I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to that office. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctors office than I have been by the women who work here. Especially by the front desk worker, Kellie Kull. She refused to let me see the doctor (I had an appointment) because I owed money (that I wasn’t aware of) and kept having the worst attitude when I was trying to understand the situation. I drove 20 minutes for this appointment to just get turned away. Someone could of called me before my appointment to make me aware or the situation, or at least you would think. Not to mention, in the middle of a pandemic, Kellie wasn’t even wearing her mask. Super unprofessional and disgusting behavior coming from a doctors office. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Very poor customer care and zero follow thru. If you have something serious I’d go elsewhere.

Good for nothing more than maybe the common cold, very unprofessional has zero communication skills

Would give 0 ( zero ) stars if I could but very poor staff along with the doctor you ask long waits after your appointment time, finally see the doctor he checks heart and talks about current problem then leaves doesn’t even let the patient talk about more problems bothering him/her

Is an absolutely down-to-earth wonderful doctor

This is the only Doctor I trust, very professional staff, very clean facilities. Dr. Bell genuinely cares about my health and well being. I'm a difficult patient, I know it's not something I should admit but he goes out of his way to work around my being stubborn. I've been a patient of his for going on 10 years, I couldn't be happier. I've been to several doctors in 22 years for my thyroid issue, including the endocrinologist who are supposed to be experts in their field to figure out my problem. My first visit to Dr. Bell was my wake up call and he did what others wouldn't and that is LISTEN!! Found my issue and now getting it taken care of as well as a few other things. I've quit smoking, drinking more water and on my way to better health. Best decision I've ever made was to give him a chance. ???????? Dr. Bell has been my primary physician for ten years.

Does not listen to your needs. Will not help you if you are out of town on vacation. Sends you to specialist after specialist and does not communicate well enough with them to come to a diagnosis. Looking for a new Dr.

Not professional in his reaction to me not wanting to take an experimental drug for my high cholesterol! Stomped out of the room and acted very childlike, after I told him another more experienced heart Dr. Told me to not take the drug until they've tested it more than 6 months on only 400 people!!!

Never once solved any condition I complained about. Neither he nor his staff understands the law concerning control and gets upset when you try to explain it.

Dr. Bell not only takes the time to listen, he also takes the time to answer questions and explains everything. Yes, this means a longer wait in the waiting room. My first visit was after I had lost my parents (mom 48, dad 52). I was a wreck. He spent a half hour letting me cry and reassuring me I would get through it. He is a caring, compassionate, easy to talk to doctor. I have been going to him for almost 3 years now, and my high opinion of him has not changed! Great doctor!!

Blew me off when I told him about my problems. I don't appreciate it when I am trying to talk to him and he has 1 foot out the door. Will be finding another doctor real soon.

Extremely slow. Made the patients wait so sales staff from who knows where could had out free pens and pamphlets to the office staff. Appointments are made for a reason.
