You can't get an appointment for 2 months. I got told to call back everyday at 8:30 am and hope for a appointment. What a joke

Dr Boggs in very knowledgeable, attentive and allows me to be part of the decision process. Never have I felt this comfortable with my general physician. Very thorough. Great decision switching to him and this clinic ….and the Beaumont system!

My family has seen Dr. Boggs for over 7 years since his move to the Monroe office its been extremly hard to see the Dr. Now. I feel they took on way to many patients and it now takes months to be' seen even for children, they state to call first thing in the am? I have called 3 mornings no avalibility for a child, not accettabile when a serious condition is going on? I understand and support growth but patients deserve quality care.

I can not say anything bad about the doctors, NPs and all the staff! I'm so glad I made the switch for my family to Dr. Boggs in 2016!

Terrible staff, terrible doctor no bedside banner, I noticed all the reviews are from august of last year I believe they've taken off the bad ones the last time my husband and I were in there three people requested their records and we're finding new primary doctors... Their staff would not even let my husband bring me his wife back into the office with him I'm his primary caregiver at home seriously?... With my husband's insurance he is supposed to have one physical a year free They never acknowledge that and they never update his vaccinations Just simple stuff like that is always overlooked or not brought up or he has to come back for another visit for those type of visits it's all a big monopoly with this office. Love the Easy online scheduling and I was seen within 15 mins of arrival. Dr. Boggs is knowledgeable, great bed side manner, listened to my concerns, respected my privacy, gave me a script for my reoccuring adult acne that was safe for my unborn baby and even saved me a trip to the dermatologist's office. Not likely to recommended this person, can't even call him a doctor...

Became Dr. Bogg’s patient back in 2017 when he was newer and needed us. Tried to make an appointment today and was informed by his office that I am now a new patient and can’t be seen until January 2020 and today is September 25, 2019. Sad way to treat those that took a chance on you.

Dr Boggs is a fantastic Dr and a great person overall and I will continue to give him my business, however and this is a BIG however, if you want to be belittled and treated like a lesser human being just spend some time talking to the lady who answers the phone. I can not even begin to tell you how unprofessional, rude and just plain mean she is... I don't know why and generally I would just chalk it up to her having a bad day but after reading the other reviews this is obviously not a singular issue. With that being said I really hope that Dr Boggs pays attention to these reviews because it can be a very slippery slope from here. By far the best doctor I have been to. I used to get so nervous and dread going to the doctors, but now that I have a doctor who listens to me and makes me feel comfortable, I don't mind it so much. Dr. Boggs is everything I look for in a Physician. He is kind, caring, thorough, listens, and never seems rushed. Al Laemmel

It’s nothing against the doctor himself, my parents love this office. The staff at the front desk is poorly trained and rude. After a referral from the ER was given to me to see a PCP at one of their offices, the woman at the front desk told me it did not matter. I was informed that they did not have time for a 30 min new patient appt. After asking a few questions it was only frustrating to get the same response repeated to me, with no attempt to help. They don’t have time for you if you’re new

The front office for Dr Boggs has become a nightmare. The ladies are unprofessional and rude. I have seen it towards other patients on almost every visit but blew it off bc I valued my relationship with Dr Boggs. I drove an hour to see him each way bc in my current physical condition (5 spinal surgeries) it is very hard to find a doctor who listens. I believe Dr Boggs is part of a system that accepts too many patients and he doesn’t have the time now to track or care for them. I will be reaching out to file complaints against what I just witnessed with Beaumont and other organizations who help disabled vets. No one should have to be deal with this type of situation and I warn others now bc I feel like it happens too often at this office. I absolutely love Dr. Boggs and his NP Kate! I love how they explain what is going on. Dr. Boggs is not quick to shove pills down your throat. Very personal & caring! I don't Care for a couple if the girls in reception, they are rude and have no compassion for people. They Give dirty looks and attitude to everyone.

Dr Boggs is an active listener. He is excellent at taking the information given by the patient and most often comes to accurate conclusions. He provides a holistic approach to his patients. Also he is kind.

A very caring and compassionate Doctor, I would recommend him to anyone.

Our family is fairly new to this area and was so blessed to have found Dr.Boggs for our family physician. He has always been caring and he gets to the bottom of what is going on with you. If he can't he will send you to someone that can help. The office staff has always been pleasent to talk with also and tries their best to get you in as soon as possible and help with any questions. Dr. Boggs is awesome. He is polite & funny. His staff is always ready to help & they always have a smile. Dr. Boggs listens to you & tries to help with several different options. I have recommended several people to him & I will continue ....

Dr. Boggs is the best physician I have ever had. He listens to what your saying and is very patient. Dr. Boggs always tries to solve the issue and if he can't he finds someone that can help. He also has a great personality.

I called to make an appointment as a new patient, they told me It was a 4-5 week wait to get into see the doctor as a new patient. That is totally ridicules.

Down to earth, very personable and listens. Dr. Boggs is NOT An in and out Doctor. He takes the time to hear you out. We have never had a negative experience. Recommend him to everyone who is looking for a new PCP!

Dr. Boggs is an extremely caring and highly intelligent person. He is approachable and listens to his patients; attending to their physical health and needs. I have recommended him to all my family members, friends, and co-workers. His office staff is friendly and you don't have to wait ten days to get an appointment. :)
