There isn't a doctor today that can measure up to Dr Dona. Dr Dona is one of the greats that handles almost everything.

You would think that this being a clinic that it would be handicap accessible. Nope. I could hardly get to the room to see this Dr. And she was very rude. I wouldn't recommend even an enemy to this establishment.

The receptionist, i think it was dr.donas wife was very rude at first … but other than that it was okay…

All I can say is Dr . Dona is the e BEST Dr in the whole world. He is caring and compassionate and will do everything in his power to help you. I just respect and love him. Takes his time to listen and always asks anything else. Wouldn’t change anything about him.

I cannot say how pleased I am with Dr. Dona, after going to Henry ford for over a year, I was so disappointed with my treatment there. I probably drove home crying a handful of times, I was referred to Dr. Dona, he is empathetic, a great listener, I cannot say enough good about him! I left him feeling better- and hopeful , it’s so difficult to find a good doctor I’ve realized, I will stay his patient from here on, and never step foot in Henry ford again. I give him 10+ stars! Worst Doctor in the world being told he doesn’t have enough time to explain everything because he has to many patients I don’t know why this place isn’t audited more often the not!

I usually don't have to wait very long. They are able to do some of the test in their office. I had a breathing test and ekgs done in the office. Dr sends me to hospital for blood test and any needed exrays. I like how he is open half a day on Saturday.

I feel that Dr Dona and his kind staff are some of the best in the medical field,They are on the front lines Dr Dona is Remarkable & he is a great doctor.

Dr Dona has carried for my Grandmother, Mother, myself and my adult children. I feel very fortunate Dr Dona is local in Monroe Co.

Dr. Dona needs to retire! I've been going to him for 10 months now and still have yet to actually helped with my issues. He's afraid to write any kind of scripts to afraid he might lose his license to practice as I'm told this every month I see him. Seems to have no clue on pointing me in the right direction for other Drs or specialist that may help. Extremely long wait no matter if there's one person or five people waiting. This office is a joke! Staff NEVER answer the phone or if they do they are very rude. Dr. Dona needs to retire! There is sometimes a very long wait. However, you will not find a better doctor who cares!

Dr. Dona and his Staff are THE BEST AROUND! So thankful for a local doctor of His statute! Very knowledgeable, and very caring!

I have been seeing Dr Dona for over 25 years, he is a wonderful and caring doctor and i highly recomend him. Not only is he my Dr but many family members as well....yes there has been long waits, i do wish it went by appointments, however that being said all good things are worth the wait and i would not change dr's for anything

He truly cares about his patients and is very thorough. He will not stop until he finds you answers! I have been a patient w dr.dona for about 10 years now. Other than the wait to see him is discouraging, he takes his time w me and always listens to what I'm saying. I didnt always like him in the past. I do now. I would recommend him to any of my family and friends. Also,hes being really cautious about this coronavirus pandemic. And I thank him for that. The office of Dr Dona is the slowest drs office imaginable. Been here for about two and a half hours without being seen. Its first come first serve and the office never answers their phones.

Been my Dr for 37 years, only Dr in Monroe I trust, yes he has long wait times but that's just because he's that good HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The office is first come first serve, however, it was worth it. Dr Dona is a very thorough doctor and found things wrong that I wasn't even experiencing yet. I am very thankful to have found him!

Dr. Dona has been my primary for over 10 years. He is thorough & caring. Makes me laugh! This is a walk in clinic, which means I can see him today & not wait a week to make an appointment. I just call to see if they are busy before I go. Works great for my busy schedule.

Dr. Dona has been my doctor sense 1986. He is very caring and thorough. I have moved all over the country in the past 10 years and anytime I am in town he sees me and remembers details about my life. The best doctor I have ever seen! I wish he lived by me now. I live 3 hours away and I am considering driving the 3 hours to see him.

The dude takes 2-3 hours just to get to the office, sloppy service, clueless staff, dona is a joke.

I’ve been going to Dr. Dona since I was 3 and now I’m 40. He’s a great compassionate doctor who truly cares about his patients. The only issue I’ve ever had was the long wait times to be seen.

Hi, I have been a patient of doc Dona since 1996 and would like to say he is the best doctor I ever had , he saved my life and has always helped me, but I have had some bad experiences with his staff that sits at the front window. The older mean lady that sits in the front won't even look up at you when you come there sick. I had to tap on the window then she raises her eyes and won't even say good morning welcome to doctor Dona office may I help you. She likes to ask you about your bill and discusses your business in front of all the people standing in line behind you. If you dispute your bill in any way the others in he front office try to interject while you are talking. I didn't go back to the doc office for 9 months because of that woman that is always rude, I went there this week and again they wanted to discuss all my medical business in front of other patients, I had to say stop very rudely and asked to be taken to a private area to discuss my info. I don't blame Dr. Dona, I don't think his staff in the front realizes they are violating mine and other privacy. The younger nurse lady was real nice about my request and took me to a private area to discuss . My issues arent with the staff in the back, they are always nice and professional and dr Dona is the best, but when you go to the doctor the woman in the window is the first person you see and spokesman. If youre sick you don't want a mean rude lady that seems bothered to help you. I will always go to dr Dona because he's the best, but his office manager needs to know how the lady in the front acts. She won't even look at you unless she knows you and likes you. I'm a disabled marine corps vet and Dr. Dona is a friend of all vets, I didn't wanna bother him with my problem is why I'm writing this. Dr. Dona is a thorough doctor. He will figure out what is wrong with you. My family has been using him forever.

Dr.Dona was my doctor from the age of 16 until I moved out of state at the age of 35. He was also my daughters doctor when she was old enough to be his patient. I completely trust him with all of our care. He did a lot for me when I obtained a back injury in Florida. I don't know what kind of situation I would have been in today without his care. I wish I could have brought him with us when we moved, as I have yet to find a doctor that compares. I completely recommend him. As far as the office staff that works there, yes they are rude, but i usually would just ignore their ignorance a go about my business. I can't personally tell you about the Dr but I can tell you that the front staff is very rude and they don't comply about the hippa laws and fax random cell numbers with papers about patients and when I called to tell them it was like it they didn't care and was very rude about it. It wasn't a mistake either because I as faxed several times by the same number.

Was told this Dr really listened to you and had a wonderful patient /Dr relationship with you as well. This was NOT my experience! He was very unfriendly, rushed me. Didn't listen to my concerns or answers to his questions. Would interrupt me after asking me a question . I will not be going back to this Dr. I will also not recommend him to anyone. One visit and done! I will take my busineselsewhere .

He doesn't seem to take the time to listen and talk with you. I had asthma medicine that seemed to work then he switched me to another medicine and I've continued to have trouble breathing. So I called the office asking if I could get switched back...no call back at all. And when he is supposed to be in the office he runs late. And there is no appointments. It's first come and first serve. I regret picking this dr and might have to switch to another.

Dr. Dona is a wonderful caring man. I had just switched to him a few months ago and visited him because of some stomach pains and problems. He reviewed my symptoms and examined me and made a determination to put me in the hospital. He visited me on evenings and really cared for me. It turns out that my gallbladder went bad and it had to be removed. I am so thankful for a wonderful caring doctor like Dr. Dona. I would gladly recommend him to anyone who is seeking a doctor.
