Have had very good experience with Dr Roach. Listens and seems very caring. Unfortunately had a failed rezume procedure. He now has recommended a new procedure. scheduling staff no call backs.....if you need a procedure it takes weeks to get a call back.... I'm told one surgery scheduler for several doctors....been waiting for scheduling call back since Jan 24. Leave messages....office staff she's at lunch or not at her desk?

This doctor is the best doctor in Florida for sure and probably the best you will ever meet.

Fine practice with a friendly and professional staff. Been his patient over 5 years and even though I have moved 50 miles away I still return to his practice for necessary treatment or appointments.

I am very upset with this man's practice. I don't even know him but they book you and then he is not there when you get there so you have to come back again which means the insurance company has to pay for another office visit and then when you get there they say that he was double-booked and I'm going to have to wait 2 hours to see him this is a problem for me. So when I trying to speak to someone about it one girl says he was double-booked by the surgical center.... And the next one says he was called out on an emergency! So no matter what the truth is we know the office staff lies. We also know that if he was double-booked his staff does not care about his patients! My time is just as valuable as his and I resent having to come back here twice for what one office visit would have handled. And now they're asking me do I want to make another visit I'm just beside myself! I am very upset with this man's practice. Dr Roach has been an amazing Doctor for a gentleman that we care for. Jim absolutely loves Dr. Roach. He goes out of his way to make sure you understand your treatment options and truly cares for his patients. The world would be a better place if all our Mds and specialists and their staff were as great as these. M

Kudos to Shannon, Marlena, Angie and of course Dr Richard Roach. They have been extremely caring and understanding of the circumstances that brought us to his office. All were very easy to understand and patient to explain. Big thank you to all.

Dr Roach is an excellent dr. I can’t believe that he is very easy to talk to. He explained everything that he was going to do. I would recommend him to anyone. I’am 100% satisfied with what he did for my Incontinence.

Dr Roach is always very positive and makes me smile. The nurse today Janet M Was very nice and explained everything very plain. Very happy I found him.

All aspects of this visit were handled efficiently and pleasantly, from Jake’s ultrasound, Yari and Carmen’s prescreening and data collection , Dr Roach’s exam to Cindy’s scheduling next year’s appointments. Thanks to all for top-notch care. See you in a year.

I had been contemplating a tummy tuck for years before covid planned on going down to Miami to get a deal surgery. Well as soon as the restrictions for elective surgery were I started reresearching local surgeons because I wasn’t willing to travel that far with all that was going on. I thankfully came across Dr. Roach and was impressed for multiple reasons at the before and after pictures of past clients. Once I met Dr. Roach and Kristi I was even more impressed and confident I found the correct surgeon. My BMI is higher then I wanted or to be what most surgeons would consider the perfect candidate. But knowing Dr. Roach completed his surgeries in a hospital setting and ordered additional testing to include bloodwork and a CT made me completely confident in going forward with the surgery. I had a short timeframe of when I could get my surgery and they made that happen as well. I am now 7 weeks post op and could not be happier and any questions or concerns that came up were immediately attended to or answered, which really put me at ease. So many questions can come up before and after surgery that you can’t imagine. Both Dr Roach and Kristi made this whole process comfortable and that helps a lot when you are trying to recover. The only thing I would of changed is that I just wish I would have done it sooner! Also when considering plastic surgery pricing can make some people lean towards these specials and bundle packages that some practices offer. While Dr Roach maybe on the higher end for this procedure he is well worth it for a multitude of reasons but once you talk to him will see it’s not about the money. While I was in for my initial visit I asked about other procedures and he explained why either a I didn’t need it or b I wouldn’t be happy with them. Most other surgeons would have gladly added on procedures Dr. Roach was honest and caring about what I truly needed and would be happy with. I have been very pleased with my excellent expectancies will Dr. Richard Roach. I have had 2 procedures performed by Dr. Roach and both came out well. These procedures were much more involved than a prostate reduction, which he discovered was not needed.

My husband John has had Dr. Roach for the last couple of years. Dr. Roach is kind. polite, and very professional. John has had a few procedures performed by Dr. Roach. Dr Roach and his staff have provided excellent care and treatment for my prostate issues. Carmen Jottie has always offered the best in her support of Dr Roach's patients, and I have always been comfortable working with each of them with my very sensitive urinary problem. Dr Roach is very responsive and has a great team of associates. Recently Shannon and Marlina in the Leesburg Office were so helpful. When I had pain from a urinary infection they prioritized my treatment and facilitates me getting the meds and treatment I needed right away. It only took one phone call for them to get the ball rolling and get me the treatment I needed. Along with Angie and Carmen they give great service when you need it and made the things happen that made me feel better in short order. I highly recommend Advanced Urology because of their great staff.

Extremely pleasant visit. Marlena greeted me as I entered and checked me in. She referred me to Shannon who drew blood. Both were very helpful and pleasant.

Having changing insurance plans and moving to Leesburg from Miami, Dr. Roach is my third urologist. The experience in his office has been the best in spite of the challenges brought on by the pandemic. The office and support staff are cheerful. I have ben seen at the appointed hour. The procedure is performed in a very clean environment, better than in Miami, and much more comfortable. He has taken the time to listen to my concerns, providing easily understood answers to my issues. I'm glad my PCP recommended him.

Dr. Roach’s nurses Shannon and Carmen are beyond wonderful. They are so nice, concerned and professional it made me feel so comfortable. Dr Roach is a great Dr and he is blessed to have Shannon and Carmen on board.

Dr. Roach is an amazing, knowledgeable doctor who explains things fully, answers all my questions and has a wonderful Patient/Doctor relationship that I truly appreciate. He's a FIVE star.

Dr. Roach is straightforward, informative, and knowledgeable. Personally, I prefer knowing all aspects of an illness at the outset. This is easier to deal with and you know what to expect. Dr. Roach is easy to talk to and very pleasant.
