Dr. Rania Livada

Just before relocating from Michigan to The Villages, I learned that I had an infection in a root following implant and crown work. There was no time to address the issue in Michigan but attention was urgently required. Even with a very capable periodontist addressing my problem, it was likely that a very costly extraction with replacement implant and crown would be necessary. I contacted a friend, Dr Michael Baity. He had a very successful periodontics practice and had taught the discipline at the University of Michigan. He recommended that I see Dr Livada ASAP. I was able to get an appointment on short notice and she very soon afterwards did scaling and grafting to address the problem. She was able to save the existing implant. I was impressed and would unconditionally recommend her to anyone. My wife has a different but nagging oral problem and has just made an appointment to see Dr Livada. I am very confident that my wife will also be in very good hands. Dr. Livada and her assistants did a great job on my extraction and subsequent implant. Professional and pleasant. No pain, no problems. They exceeded expectations and I highly recommend their practice.

I have nothing but high praise for Dr Livada and the staff. They all were very caring ,knowledgeable and extremely competent. Kudos to everyone!

I can not find the words to express how impressed I was with Dr. Livada and her staff at Village Periodontics. In 70 years I have had a fair amount of dental work done, but no one has impressed me more or made me feel more comfortable. Dr. Livada's skill, bedside manner, and desire to do the very best for her patients, is second to none. To say that she is really good or that I recommend her would be an understatement. Dr. Rania Livada and her assistants were delightful and skilled professionals ready for any dental eventualities, and indeed I had a small mouth, a unique nerve track and a tooth that was amazingly difficult to extract. Dr. Livada did a great job with the extraction, bone graft and implant process. She demonstrates exceptional attention to procedure and details. Each visit was a pleasure. The offices are impeccably clean, and the waiting room is especially beautiful (though waiting was brief). Without reservation I recommend her for your periodontal and implant needs. If there had been more than five stars available on any one of these areas I would have checked them to the highest point possible. My dental experience from Dr Livada and her knowledgable staff was exceptional. From the lovely office, the refreshing friendly staff, the up to date equipment, to the outstanding treatment performed by Dr Livada, it was an unexcelled dental experience. I can honestly say that for the first time in my life I look forward perdonital treatment visits.

Recently, my dentist, referred me to the Villages Periodontics & Dental Implant Center. The reason,for my visit was to get an opinion as to whether or not I would be a candidate for laser treatment on my gums. This type of treatment can Strengthen bone loss. My examination went well. I had one area which qualified for such treatment which was Beautifully completed. I thank Dr. Rania Livada, staff and receptionists for their exceptional friendliness and professionalism. I just love this place!!!
