Dr Reis is my primary care physician. I was sick with COVID and called her office for advice. Her staffers told me to go to the hospital. I was not sick enough to be in the hospital. I just wanted advice on medications and other possible remedies. I repeatedly was told to go to the hospital and it was it. No advise, no opportunity to talk to a doctor or nurse. Complete carelessness and disregard for wellness of her patients. I’m changing my primary care doctor

I love love love Dr. Reis! She is my pcp and I am so lucky to have her. She always goes above and beyond. Highly reccomend her!

Dr. Reis is excellent! I had to wait a while to get an appointment to see her, to establish myself as a new patient. Once I did though, I was extremely pleased. Her MA was super nice, and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Reis did not rush when she saw me, and was very thorough. I’ve had a few instances where I’ve had to call her office and either her nurse or she will call me back promptly. Dr. Reis is excellent! I chose Dr Reis as my new primary care physician and made an appt for a physical for the soonest available with her PA which was in March. I had scheduled a dermatologist appt last year and needed a referral. When I called the office and explained that I was a new patient and I needed a referral she told me I wasn't a patient until after my appointment in March. So I said to her, what would happen when my prescription needs to be renewed before my appointment and she launched into me not being a patient. I tried to explain that my insurance has you as my pcp so I need these things through you and she wouldn't help at all. I asked to speak to someone who could help me and, big surprise, she wasn't available. So I called another doctor's office, explained my dilemma and she helped me right away saying they could get me in Monday with a nurse at the very least so they could meet me and provide the referral and help with bp meds if they ran out before my physical appointment. THIS is how you treat a patient. You don't blow a raspberry and have an attitude of well that's just too bad. I'm sure Dr Reis is a good doctor, but dealing with her staff is a nightmare. Also, when I called back to cancel the physical I had scheduled there I sat on hold for 40 minutes. I wondered if my phone number showed up, so I called with my cell phone and my call was answered in 2 minutes. That receptionist should be fired.
