I was born with some health issues and thus spent much of my childhood in and out of Children's Hospital. Now an adult, I've moved on to Brigham's and the quality of care is absolutely night and day. Calls attempting to speak with Dr. Faling go unanswered or answered by his PA or, rarely, by someone else entirely. Messages to return my call are never passed on to my doctor. Attempts to call back are never made, and his PA often takes it upon herself to move forward with whatever they think is right. Not only that, after a change to their records system YEARS ago, staff is still having issues keeping track of specifically what medication I'm on. Truly astonished at the level of disregard.
Dr. Faling received a promotion and forced some of his patients on to Dr. Stuart Klein, a new doctor. No consult, warning or options. Dr. Klein immediately mishandled my case, was consistently rude, ignored my symptoms (during multiple visits) and put me in an emergency situation that resulted in a six-month fight to survive and permanent damage. BWH doctors in Boston were shocked to review my 'treatment' from Dr's Faling and Kline and are the only reason why I am alive today.

David Faling was born to be a Doctor! I have been with him for 15 years and am always impressed by his ability listen and offer the best advice possible at the time. As busy as he is he always pays complete attention to his patients. Great Man, Great Doctor!

I have a problem with a chronic cough and my high blood pressure other than that I'm pretty healthy. Dr. Faling is always there with his wonderful staff.
