Dr. Paula Ann Radon

The staff was kind and attentive, but unfortunately the receptionist scheduled the appointment with the wrong doctor, which created an incredibly awkward moment as I had to insist I saw Dr Radon, who had come recommended to me and this appointment was VERY important to me and my health given my current situation. Dr. Radon, may be a brilliant intellect, but her inability to speak to me with compassion and care was truly shocking. As well, her inability to explain to me the answers to my questions without appearing annoyed, pedantic, and almost childlike in her frustration, was inexplicable. I have never in my life experience that kid of interaction with a doctor. Her bedside manner is beyond repair, as it seems she doesn't come to her role as a physician with the necessary soft skills - compassion, empathy, a willingness to listen and understand. Those aren't things you learn, those are things you're born with and can improve upon. I saw no evidence it was there. Truly disappoint

Terrible office! This was my first time at this office. Not only did I not care for Dr. Radon's cold demeaner and matter of fact (I am better than you) attitude but the office staff takes the cake. I received a bill the day after my visit for over $300. I was confused and concerned since this was a well visit and should ahve been covered. Called twice the next day to inquire - never got a call back. Finally got through to be told it was neve submitted to my insurance which I provided to them. An

Been to Dr. Radon a few times for normal Well Woman's appt. She is fantastic. Great bedside manner, she helps make an uncomfortable appointment much easier. She is very personable, good at what she does, and makes sure she gets you all the information you need.

I have always found Dr. Radon to be friendly, courteous and thorough. My daughter also sees her and has had the same experience.

Dr.Radon seemed totally uninterested in my issues. When she asked how often I had experienced my symptoms and I told her, she was like "yeah, BUT that's normal, what other symptoms have you experienced?" Almost as if what I shared was not enough for her to be seeing me. She was very cold, and continued to tell me that my symptoms were normal. It was a very odd interaction and I would NOT recommend her. I didn't feel comfortable even going into detail what was wrong.

The Staff was pleasant, however Dr. Radon seemed to not want to perform my pap, she seems standoffish, not welcoming or friendly at all. She didn't address concerns I had listed on my paperwork and when I mentioned certain concerns I had, her response was that is normal. I felt rushed and that she is not a caring and concerned doctor. I will never return to this office, this was a horrible experience. My pap was painful she didn't seem to care.

Though the staff at Dr. Radon's office was wonderful, I will not be returning to her next year. During both of my last visits, Dr. Radon had obviously not reviewed my chart because she has continued to ask me when my next mammogram was scheduled, despite the fact that I had bilateral mastectomy 5 years ago due to Breast cancer. After my pelvic exam she started to tell me my ovaries were fine, even though THEY had been removed 4 years ago. She caught herself but I was very disappointed in her.

speaks incredibly condescendingly. every time i told her about an issue i was having she replied "well it looks fine." not helpful at all.

My symptoms seemed to indicate an allergy not a pathology but Dr. Radon did a small vaginal swab to be sure though she told me it was probably not needed. It WAS and after treatment things are OK now. She went the second mile thank goodness. Her professional manner is excellent & her 'bedside manner' is above average. I am pleased my PCP recommended her. She has a very similar style to his - attention to the human aspect, good skills medically and socially. I am totally impressed.

The nurse who brought me back was wonderful. Incredibly kind and warm. Dr. Radon was not. I found her to be rude, and the whole visit was just a very negative experience. She was judging me for my choice to get pregnant because I am young and using a sperm donor, she hardly addressed my main concern, she chose to repeat my lap smear even though I just got one 6 months ago, and she was constantly speaking over me and interrupting me when I tried to answer her questions. I will not be returning.
