The front desk staff were great and very helpful but that's where it ended. I came here looking for a new doctor so I really paid attention to every detail to help in my decision. The office itself is quite dated but I could've looked past that. Upon meeting Dr. Schultz I was immediately put off. He made no effort to get to know me outside of brief small talk and minimal family history, never even asking if I had children (a legitimate medical history question) until I mentioned it. He was convinced I was diabetic due to my weight. Wearing a shirt received from running a 5K, I was asked if I actually ran or if I just got the shirt. Really?!? I realize I'm not in peak physical condition but I do still go the gym and work out. I felt like this doctor was trying to body shame me which is not something I've experienced in my life from anyone, ever. How incredibly rude. With such a concern for my imaginary diabetes and my weight I was surprised when I wasn't tested for thyroid issues which, I informed him, runs in the family. Never again. I don’t recommend Dr. Schultz. He was very rude to me and seemed like he didn’t want to help me. He left a very bad impression so I will no longer be giving this practice my service. Please get rid of him!!

Feeling much better about the shaky start up with this business. Doctors are great! My experience with a staff member at the front desk was unsettling and dismissive. After speaking to a manager, she apologized on behalf of her employee stating she is new and addressed my concerns. She assured me that I wouldn’t have an experience like this again. Dr. Schultz is very personable, thorough, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns! The front desk staff and nurses were very welcoming and timely. I was seen almost immediately and the doctor came in shortly after my vitals.

Best Dr's & Dr. Office I've ever been to regularly. Been with them, >10 yrs Office stays on time. Staff & professionals are aware patients time is valuable too. Everyone tears w/respect. Kara Dorsey

Dr. Schultz and been my family doctor for 14 years and is perhaps one of the best family doctors in the area. Always takes the time needed to assess the patients needs and you will never sit and wait in the waiting room to see him.

First appointment and I left my insurance card at home. I was early so I let the staff know I needed to run home to get my card and I'd be right back. The staff member INSISTED, with an attitude, that she knew how long it took to get to my house and I wouldn't have time, so she just canceled my appointment. I was shocked by how unprofessional she was. I'd noticed her speaking down to the lady checking in before me too. Seems like that's just how things work in that office. Obviously, I didn't reschedule. I have to wonder if it's worth it to Dr. Schultz to have staff that lose new patients before they're even seen by him. I went to see this guy because I had what I thought was a spider bite on my arm. Started out fine, office was from the seventies though. The man was talking to me about my medical history and took a phone call. He started yelling at the person with me sitting right there. He got off the phone and said "he has bipolar so he's difficult " referring to the person on the phone. I couldn't believe it. He then looks at my bite and immediately says "shingles ". I'm a 25 y/o. While it's possible, I'm fairly healthy and have never had the chicken pox so shingles was really unlikely. He then asked for my medical history so I told him. The history included ativan. He immediately stopped me and started yelling at me. Said I was a drug seeker come to see him for the first time on a Friday. I looked at my arm... got up and walked out. I ended up going to an ER about the bite, not shingles! An actual spider bite. This was a couple years ago, so if he's still in practice... This dude needs to retire. Yes, office is very outdated, BUT, Dr. Shultz is a great doctor that takes his time with you and is very attentive to your needs.

I first learned about Dr. Schultz from a friend of mine. She, and her family, have been seeing him for years. The first moment I met him I liked him! He is a very caring doctor and took the time to learn about my medical history and explain to me the importance of seeing another doctor for a condition that I have. No other doctor had ever taken the time to explain my condition or the importance of seeing a specialist. I have now seen the specialist and my condition is under control. Let me start off by saying how much I hate going to the doctor. I've never enjoyed the experience. That was until I met Dr. Schultz. He is a friendly and caring doctor that has gone out of his way to treat a difficult patient like me with care and respect. Because of this he is also the go to doctor for the majority of my extended family. He has taken time out of his schedule to visit my ailing father in law in his home just the check and see how he is doing. Those kind of services no longer exist. Those types of doctors are extremely difficult to find. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Shultz and his practice to anyone in the area looking for an excellent family doctor.
