Dr Muhammad is a man of few words, he explained what was wrong with my hand and told me what he was going to do to correct my problem. After the carpal tunnel release I had immediate relief from pain in my hand and arm.which has plagued me on and off for the last eighteen months. I’m now sleeping with out pain thanks to Dr Muhammad and his staff. The staff is very warm and friendly.,my visit from the Dr was prompt and attentive. He made eye contact during the visit and offered further care if my treatment wasn’t helpful.

Had CTS surgery and the results were great! No more pain and no meds needed post surgery!

Would not recommend

Only positive experience I had was at the lobby desk, when I had to provide my copayment. Otherwise, poor service all around. Was recommended to Dr Muhammad on behalf of my GP. Had to wait at least 3 weeks before seeing a specialist. When I finally did, their office was so unorganized that they were going to make me retake xrays that had already been done weeks prior at Riverside OR reschedule my appointment, because "Riverside's network is down, sir." Rescheduling an appointment isn't always a viable option for people who use vacation days in the first place to see their doctors. Would OAK have personally given me another vacation day for this too if I would have rescheduled? After I had already provided my copayment. Lousy, greedy and unprofessional for them to act like this was my fault when it's totally beyond my control. So, you're going to bill my insurance again for something that was already done? This is the time when health care providers should eat the cost and provide the necessary care to their patients instead of trying to nickel and dime every insuance company they can. When I agreed for them to retake the xrays, doctor basically told me afterwards that the procedure I'm wanting is completely unnecessary, and proceeded to explain in his smug tone about how much I was wasting his time. Great Dr.

He has a great team .He very professional. He went over detail with me and told me the next steps that he would take . He answered all of my questions .

Amazing Dr with a Compassionate Care for his patients, Dr Muhammad fixed both of my hands and took me out of the pain I was in I am forever grateful!

The Doctor and his staff were very friendly and thorough. Didn’t take along time in waiting room or office.

I am a constant customer or patient of Oak Orthopedic . As I am older my Orthopedic problems and needs have accelerated. The doctors at Oak have been there to get me back to living my life.

Staff were excellent. Friendly. Caring. From the NP on Saturday at walk in clinic to the receptionists and especially Alexis. Wait times were minimal. In and out quickly.

In the past I've had many issues with the office. Wait times were awful. The turnaround was nice to see and dr. Muhammad is lovely

My appt with Dr Muhammad was great. I was taken care of quickly and efficiently by all the staff. Everyone was very friendly and Dr Muhammad had a great bedside manner. He explained everything well.I glad that again,I chose Oak Orthopedics. They never disappoint.

Dr. Muhammad was extremely polite & thorough. He explained everything with precision, made sure I understood everything and answered all my questions. He was prompt, which is huge; many physicians forget that your time is as precious as theirs. Would highly recommend.

The entire staff were absolutely wonderful with my daughter. She was extremely nervous and anxious about getting a cast, but they were able to make her feel calm and relaxed. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Muhammad and his staff! ESP the two nurses that were in our room - they were the best!

The wait time was not very long at all and everyone was super friendly to me.

Dr. Muhammad, He was very knowledgeable and precise about my would. He gave me great instructions to follow ????.

Dr. Muhammad is always very pleasant and attentive to my needs. The supporting staff likewise is very pleasant to work with.

Everyone was wonderful from the moment entering the facility. Nurses, doctors, everyone is so professional. Surgery team put me at ease. Very nice experience.

I am currently under the care of Dr. Muhammad for text book tennis elbow. I am currently going through therapy to help relieve my symptoms...if it doesn't get better ... then, back to the Doctor I go! I am very happy with the way that Dr. Muhammad has handled this issue and look forward to being pain free soon.

Great experience at Oak Orthopedics this morning...very efficient, pleasant staff and of course, Dr. Muhammad is the best!!!
