I went with my brother to Oaks Orthopedic about his knee and Dr.Jones is great and very professional. Definitely recommend to any have problems with knees and Joint pain. His Stuff We're wonderful.

The walk in clinic at OAK is so efficient and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I check in, go to x-ray. Go to exam room and leaving the building in less than 30 minutes. This is a well oiled machine and Dr. Jones is the best.

I appreciate how personable and caring Dr. Jones and his staff have been! I’d recommend them to anyone with a similar injury.

Dr Jones was very thorough, kind and very helpful. He explained everything that needed to be done and answered every question. I feel safe knowing my daughters care is in great hands with Dr Jones.

From the start of my journey with a knee injury ,Dr Jones was extremely kind and attentive to all of my concerns and pain needs.When the time came for a procedure I was well informed and I am very happy with my miniscus repair..will always refer my friends, clients and family to him.Thank you Dr Jones.????

Friendly staff, took the time to explain what was going on in X-rays! We would definitely recommend Dr Jones for anyone needing help with pain.

Got in last minute for a fracture & I appreciate Dr Jones so much.

Very first time going to this facility and all I can say is the service is great and staff are friendly. I definitely recommend this first. I rate 5 stars. And Dr. Eddie Jones Jr. did great.

My experience with Dr. Eddie Jones has been great!!

Dr Jones was very patient and listened to my health issues giving me hope that my concerns would be resolved.

Dr. Jones is always so funny,, wonderful and gentle. Has helped me out many times.

Dr Jones listened to me explain what was going on and didn’t jump to any conclusions. He asked probing questions. The staff was pleasant. I was in and out quickly.

Very please with the care Dr. Jones and his staff have given me. Total knee replacement is painful but I am in good hands under his care.

Dr.Jones came in and listened carefully to my past history, and what recently brought me to him. He shared a plan for treatment. I was happy that his first thought was not surgery.

I was a last minute patient for this doctor today as my scheduled doctor was called into surgery. I could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone was so kind and explained things thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jones!

I am not someone who post reviews on the internet very often if ever at all, but needed to share my experience with Dr Eddie Jones. I hurt my shoulder at work and made an appointment with Dr Jones. From the moment he walked in the room, he took his time talking over my x rays with me, how severe my injury was, and was overall the most professional and best Dr I have ever encountered. I was in a panic going to the Dr for my shoulder not knowing how severe it was and Dr Jones took all the panic away, re assuring me that I’m in good hands. Great experience from start to finish. Dr. Jones performed bilateral rotator cuff tears surgery this year. I have seen him routinely since February and never once have I had an unpleasant encounter with him or his staff. Thank you Dr Jones!!

I'm very pleased with everyone at oak in Bradley Illinois. Big shout out to Dr.Eddie Jones and his whole staff. I had a total knee replacement surgery done five weeks ago and I'm doing better every day. Yes the pain is terrible but I'm seeing progress. Thanks to Dr. Eddie Jones and his whole staff.

Dr. Jones was amazing with my daughter. She felt very comfortable with him and he explained everything to her and what would happen if she didn't follow his direction! We really enjoy seeing him and the rest of the staff tonight. They were all awesome! Thank you so much.

Dr. Eddie Jones was very professional. He was a very good listener. He gave me choices of how we wanted to handle my meniscus tear in my knee. After a couple of steroid shots we decided surgery was the best option. Surgery went smoothly. We were in and out in under an hour! My daughter had Xrays done and a cast put on. I love the staff and we have always had a great experience there.

I just love my doctor Jones, he's so caring and will take as much time as I need to talk to me. He's there whenever I need him or to ask a question about a problem I have. I trust him completely. He's also operated on my husband and he feels the same.

Dr. Eddie Jones is the most disrespectful unsympathetic physician I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Really long story short, he didn't believe me when I explained the amount of pain I was in. He wrote me a petty letter for work and made me leave the office, twice. He never asked me about my existing arthritis and never checked me for RA. RA being an autoimmune disease that RUNS IN MY FAMILY and can very well flare up whenever it so pleases, I was instructed to get checked for it since my family has been getting it at young ages for generations. All I needed from him was a note that restricted me from doing repetitive work for X amount of hours in a single shift. Which is what my HR team needed from him, he said to me; "Get another job if you don't want to do this one. You're 22 and should be able to do this job." I have been with my labor intensive job for 2 years now with no issues. I asked him specifically for what I needed and he refused to help me. He actually said he is "not going to do that. I am a surgeon. I'm not a manager. " Do NOT go to him, work with ANY other doctor here. They are much more sympathetic and actually want to help you outside of there office. Also, I would like to thank Malorie behind the front desk for elevating my problem to her management team and helping me get into another doctor as soon as possible. Horrible doctor, do not use

I fractured my collarbone. I had 3 visits with Dr Jones who was very friendly, informative and explained everything very well. He was concerned for my well being and treated me with upmost respect. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Jones and his staff and knowledgeable, informative and caring. He expressed interest in my lifestyle for treatment recommendations and prescribed treatment accordingly. I did as I was instructed with medication and exercise. When I returned two weeks later, my pain was completely gone.

I was very happy with my experience with Dr. JONES. He did a wonderful job on my arm. It was an old break that required a difficult surgery. It is working great. I never had to wait for my appointment and his staff was friendly If I need to speak to Dr. Jones his staff was right on it. Sara was great

Very positive experience with Dr. Eddie Jones. First, The information about my surgery was understandable in language that I could relate to. The process was clear and the surgery went like he said it would. His recommendation for therapy was direct and the goals for my recovery met those goals. I would highly recommend Dr. Jones to all of my friends. They really care about theirs patients.

Want an orthopedic surgeon who is kind, caring, polite, joyful & gifted? Dr. Jones is the one to call. I have had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Jones on two separate issues, hip replacement being the most recent. Both experiences were excellent and I consider myself lucky that when I needed an orthopedic dr. for my broken shoulder, that I was referred to Dr. Jones. Not one regret! Oh, and by the way, his staff is wonderful - no surprise! Thank you for all that you have done for me!

Dr. Jones takes the time to listen to the patient. He clearly explains the course of treatment and gives the patient the opportunity to weigh in on any decisions. In my case we chose the conservative treatment option and results have been good.

I fell at home and broke my wrist - first broken bone, first cast at the age of 61. I had no clue what to expect and Dr. Jones, his nurses and Oak helped and continue to help me through the entire process. I would highly recommend Oak and especially Dr. Jones as he is a very thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate doctor.

I have had the privilege of Dr. Jones services since December of 2007, when he first examined my left knee for a minor meniscus tear. He has performed rotator cuff surgery on my left shoulder in 09/18/2008. He performed rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder in 07/27/2011. He also did arthroscopic surgery for a torn medial meniscus on the right knee in 12/12/2014. Most recently, he performed a total knee replacement on my right knee 12/14/2016. I have complete confidence in his profession.

I felt very confident in the care and treatment provided by Dr. Jones and appreciated the friendly and comfortable skills he provides.

Thanks to Dr. Jones my knee has come a long way.It was a complete surprise to see a Dr., before surgery assuring me the surgery would be alright. After surgery he goes into let Babe know, it went well. After 5 surgeries, now it's been 6, this meant a lot to my family! Need I say more.

He never set my broken leg and destroyed my ankle to the point of having to go to Loyola where they did an ankle replacement. Irreversible damage to nerves (CRPS) Had to have fibula fused. He should have his Privledge to practice medicine revoked. Do yourself a big favor and try Loyola first. He ruined my life.

Doctor Jones is straight forward and forthright with his diagnosis. He explains the procedure very well and is always available for questions. I had an achilles tendon rupture. Dr. Jones was caring understood my situation. I am back up and running almost as if it never happened. He is relatable and actually a very funny guy. I would recommend him to anyone with my type of injury.

I recently had a problem with my hand and made an appointment with Dr. Jones. I found Dr. Jones to be a most able and compassionate Dr. who immediately after ordering X-rays determined what the problem was with my hand ,after treatment I had improved healing benefits after two days. He was ready to help me when I felt something should of been done sooner with my fractured tibia that would not heal. Right after I seen him I had surgery within 2 weeks. He is very upfront with you and tells you what has to be done and what he expects out of you also to get better. I like that. Very pleasant to talk to also and I feel very comfortable relaying any concerns I have and he answers any questions you may have.

He is kind, caring, competent, compassionate, professional, gifted, and encouraging, just to name a few of his attributes. He put my ankle back together, and my surgical scar is barely noticeable. (I wish he did face-lifts) His staff is a reflection of him. They are wonderful and so patient.

Dr. Jones is professional and a very caring person. His patients are his first concern but he also shows appreciation to his staff. He is thorough with his instructions and makes sure I understand exactly about my injury and his care and follow-up. I feel I am in good hands always. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Jones for several years now and can't say enough good complements regarding our care.

The worst visit I've ever had. Seemed to be lacking in knowledge. I felt his attitude was horrible. Especially when he gave the impression I wasn't hurt until after the MRI and X-rays were completed. Treated me like a child. Couldn't explain in detail what was wrong. Told me to talk to my MD for pain management even though it was evident I was in excruciating pain. In the waiting area I was told by 2 older folks to run and find another Dr. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone, id rather die!
