When entering the facility the 3 ladies at the counter never smiled or asked how they can help. I waited 45 minutes after every patient had been called but me and one other. I asked how much longer as I had an appointment in salt lake at 1:00 with the state. She said at least another 15 minutes. A patient should never have to wait an hour after their scheduled time to be seen. Your staff is rude and you have a scheduling problem. I wasted an hour of drive time, almost an hour of wait time and a quarter tank of gas for nothing. Salt lake IHC facilities never have these issues.

She is amazing! Incredible at listening and explaining EVERYTHING! Would recommend her a hundred times over.

Dr. Laurance and her staff were great! Explained everything in terms I could understand and explained well what I should expect post surgery.

We love her and love the experience we had with her bringing our baby into the world.

Dr Lawrence is the most caring doctor I have found! She is what I wish all medical professionals could be.

I had twins and she was always helpful and on top of things. She is incredible at her job and she listens to your concerns and addresses them.

Dr Lawrence is one of the BEST doctors I have been too! I have suffered for years and seen multiple doctors. First visit, she found what all the other doctors missed completed. Dr. Lawrence was very thorough. She’s an amazing physician! I’m extremely pleased with my overall health now that Dr Lawrence has taken great care of me.

Dr. Kari Lawrence was my Dr. back in 2000 when I was pregnant with my 2nd son. She had a strong opinion that I shouldn't have gotten pregnant. At 5w5d pregnant, she had me get an ultrasound in her office that was done topically and diagnosed me with a blighted ovum and recommended that I immediately schedule a D&C to save myself the potential weeks it could take to miscarry. We said we wanted a 2nd opinion. We went to the hospital and got an ultrasound the next day and was told it was too early to do an ultrasound topically and it needed to be done vaginally. The found a baby and a heart beat, and said they found nothing abnormal with my pregnancy. We returned to see Dr. Lawrence 2 days later and she said that she still believed that this wasn't a viable pregnancy and there was 99.9% chance I would miscarry and she still recommended the D&C. We decided to change Dr.'s, and are glad we did, because I had a healthy baby boy who is now 18 years old and graduating high school this year. Dr slack is the best he has been my Dr for years I wouldn't go anywhere else

I had surgery with Dr Lawrence and she is awesome! She cares about her patients and she knows her stuff! Her nurses and office staff are great! Highly recommend Dr Lawrence!

Dr. Kari Lawrence diagnosed me with a blighted ovum and recommended that I immediately schedule D&C. We declined and got a 2nd opinion and got another ultrasound from the hospital that showed a perfectly healthy baby. Dr. Lawrence refused to change her diagnosis and said there was 99.9% chance I would miscarry, and I should still do the D&C. We changed Dr.'s and had a normal pregnancy and delivered a perfectly healthy baby boy.

I love the staff in this office!! I had a surgery scheduled, and there was a problem with paperwork that was entirely my fault... when I had to navigate the cancellation, and rescheduling of this surgery, the office manager sat with me until after closing and made sure I was completely satisfied with the resolution. We thought this was an instacare, it's not, but Dr. Slack quickly saw my boy and was able to treat his head injury. We had been camping and didn't know the area, yet the staff treated us like old friends. Nurse Kalie (i believe) was so kind and gently helped my son through his shock, bringing him juice and letting him color after the staples were in. I couldn't recommend them enough. I've always had a good experience! Dr. Slack takes the time to listen to me and has a way of putting you at ease. Friendly front desk staff, clean facility. Couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Dr. Slack is awesome but it's a 30 minute ordeal to get the staff to answer the phone. Other than their ability to answer the phone the actual care provided is great.

I have received the best care from Shelley Eberts, she is knowledgeable, compassionate and trustworthy. Definitely recommend her.

The staff is super lazy. You will never get one you don't think shouldn't be fired. The MD's are in my opinion good. 3 stars would have been 1 if I could have just rated their ability to answer the phone after 4pm and act like more than a lump on a log when I visit.

No wait time at check in or to see the Doctor. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable talking with Dr. Lawrence about very personal problems and had all of my questions answered without feeling rushed. I would recommend her to everyone I know!

We've been seeing Dr Tyler Carroll for almost nine years and have been completely satisfied with him as our family doctor.

Friendly competent staff. Dr Gilbert - family has seen a few times. Moderately experienced, pleasant and helpful. I love this place. Anytime I'm not feeling good, or I need a physical, or I get messed up from an accident, I swing on down there, and they treat me like family. You won't find better patient care around. These doctors and staff really do care about your well-being.
