The doctor was great. Very knowledgeable and I never felt rushed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were able to work with me to find my maximum discounts and get me into some stylish eyewear and contact lenses 10/10 Highly recommend

Great service

The receptionist was very friendly, doctor was thorough and answered all of my questions, and the representative, Lynne, that assisted me was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

All the people I had helping me were fantastic! The doctor was thorough and kind and the woman, Dee, who helped me pick out frames was delightful! She was informative and so helpful to someone who has never had glasses before. This was a great experience.

The staff are so nice and helpful, the doctor is also nice and helpful and I and he talk about other things outside of the exam. So it’s a nice professional place to goto that’s not stuffy.

It was great. The doctor answered all of my questions, and was thorough in his testing and explanation of everything I needed to know. Following that my experience with Lynne to pick out my computer glasses was fantastic. She was amazing. I will definitely be coming back for all of my eye care needs.

Very thorough and helpful from the initial greeting, the exam with the doctor and assistance picking out new glasses and contacts not to forget help in explaining my confusing insurance protocols!

Only giving 3 stars because Dr. Jill was great and was really good with my daughter who had never had a full eye exam before. The rest of the staff was rude, seemed irritated that they had to be there. They were openly complaining that I had scheduled an appointment online and that it didn't match my name as previously when I was there I hadn't been married. As I was in the waiting area they spent at least 15 minutes going on about this and how annoying it was. Then we didn't get in to see the Dr till an hour after my scheduled appointment (12:30, got in to see her at 1:30), I understand sometimes appointments run behind which is fine, but near the end of our time in the room someone else knocked on the door and barged in that she was taking too long and other people were waiting. I found that extremely rude and unprofessional. Lastly your website as well as on a screen in the room says accepts all major insurance, nowhere says you do not accept medicaid/United healthcare even though other Pearle visions do. So I unknowingly had to spend money I didn't have on my daughter's exam as I felt bad and didn't want to cancel after we had already shown up. As I said only a 3 because of Dr. Jill, otherwise this would have been a 1. Exceptional Service. What a breath of fresh air to have doctors and staff who care enough to take extra precautions during the pandemic to keep everyone safe...masks, sanitizing, etc. Along with great patient care and service. I'm so happy to have found two wonderful vision providers for my entire family! Thank you very much!

I felt very comfortable with the precautions set in play due the rise of covid cases. The staff was very kind and enthusiastic about their work. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

I was seen over an hour after my appointment was scheduled (same as last couple years). Not sure why they don't just schedule it an hour later. Maybe I'll come an hour late next time. I asked for my prescription when I was checking out (I didn't want to purchased glasses or contacts), I was handed a couple papers and I left. Silly me. Turns out it was only a receipt and no prescription so I'll have to call and ask for it like I did last time. Not sure why they don't want to give you your prescription. I shouldn't even have to ask for it. They only want to sell you eyewear it seems. I will be considering finding a new eye doctor who isn't banking on eyewear profits over customer satisfaction. Phenomenal store! The doctor is great, and the staff is the best around. I'd been to 3 other places for eye exams/glasses in the past few years and came away disappointed. The glasses prescribed either weren't comfortable (the sweet spot on progressives) or when I'd inquire about contacts I was always told no, they wouldn't work for me. The team at Pearle told me sure, I could try contacts and after the exam, they showed me how to put in the contacts and I was stunned that not only could I see my phone clearly, but I could also work on my computer without issue. You don't feel rushed, and it's so nice to go to a store where they treat you with respect and give you the time to get the right product for you needs!! This is my store for life!! Phenomenal store!
