I cannot say enough about how great they are! It had been about 10 years since I had last been to the dentist and needless to say I was anxious. I just left after my 1st appt and from the receptionist, to Andrea the hygienist to Dr. Alex - everyone was incredibly kind, professional and not judgmental. All of the staff at Dental One are amazing. The office is clean and the equipment is up to date. The crown Dr. Roach made is beautiful!! It is all white (no gray at the gum line). Tracy is my favorite hygienist.

I had traditional braces in middle school and neglected to wear my retainer like I should have. With Dr. Alex Roach and his team I was able to choose clear braces. They are barely visible and I saw results in the first week. The office staff as well as the hygienist were very helpful and friendly. I am looking forward to my next visit! Everyone here is so patient. Dr.Roach as his staff really made me feel comfortable.

Really enjoy the staff. My boys and I have been coming to Dr. Roach and Dr. Choi for 5 years. The staff is incredibly patient to my young children and take great care of me too.

This is a very caring office. Each procedure was explained to me prior to and each procedure was done in an extremely gentle and caring manner. In all my years and all the dental work I have had done by various dentists, this office ranks right up with the top three. These dentist are thorough and professional, just what you want when someone is working on your teeth. But maybe as important, they do not condescend like so many dentists I have experienced. When one of my children was feeling anxious, the dentist went to his car, got wireless speakers out of his car and set up some music that would distract my son during the procedure. Now that is compassion in action. Staff is great. Not a scary, intimidating place. These dentist are thorough and professional, just what you want when someone is working on your teeth. Wife says something wrong when she bites down after new crown. Dr. says it's fine. I guess he know better. Staffs favorite saying when told she need more work --- 'but you have great insurance'.

This is the worst dentist I have ever been to In my life. The teeth he made me we're probably the size for a child of maybe 6 years old and absolutely no compassion the worst bedside manner I have personally ever experienced!!! I had an abscess on my gum when he measured me for a tooth to go in the spot so when the tooth came it had a big lump where the abscess was and he refused to change it. I think he did it because it was the end of December so he could get the Insurance claim.

Both Dr. Roach's are excellent. The Sr Doc I've been seeing for over 10 years and he runs an excellent operation with a high quality staff. His personal touch is gentle and professional at all times. And Dr. Alex is learning and following the example set by his father. I would highly recommend Dental One for any service. And when it comes to service, I broke a tooth, (Ouch) and he had me in a chair and fixing the problem within one hour.
