Terrible customer service.

Worst doctors office to take your baby to. They wouldn’t see my baby just because they weren’t her primary care physician. It took me 5 seconds to put someone else as her primary care office. Who wouldn’t take a baby to check on them just for a 30 second fix!? And the attitude they gave me at the front desk was non professional. If you don’t like your job then quit but don’t take it out on the patients just because your in a bad mood

We have used their office services since my child was born. We have seen 3 of the doctors, and they each have a different style, but each is effective and thorough. They [Our child] has taken joy in almost every visit, and yes, even shot days have gone over far more smoothly than expected because of the care they give to him. I feel apologetic to anyone who's has had a bad experience with this location, specifically. Our child has never communicated displeasure, and they provide us good services, until they don't, we will keep going there.

They don’t send out reminders at all but are quick to charge $25 no show fees. Yes as a parent I need to keep track BUT as a mom, full time worker it definitely would be nice to just get even a text to be reminded. The receptionists are not very friendly or helpful at all and have talked down to me more than once telling me “get a calendar, that’s what they are for”. The office is not very clean and they seem to charge for anything they can including $1 for a face mask if you don’t bring one. Will definitely be looking for a different doctor for my daughter.

Have been visiting this office for 14 years now. Over all great staff. Office is clean. Love that they give you an after hours pager number that goes directly to the doctor. I also love that they can get you right in if your child is sick. Highly recommend them.

Never will bring my kid here ever again Horrible no motivation in the office everybody dry and move like zombies and that's my opinion and I'm in title to say what I wont!

Ever person that answers the phone has a snobby attitude and makes me very aggressive and it gives me anxiety. I'm thinking of switching his doctors office just because I cant call up there with out arguments with the front desk smh

This is the worst pediatrician office I have ever been to. My pediatrician stopped taking private insurance so I was forced to find another doctor and so I came to this office. I assumed the doctor would be Dr. Khambete but nope. I have never even seen this lady. They have nurse practitioners working all the appointments, which I prefer not to see, I want an actual doctor. Dr. Severam has been seeing my baby since birth, again never seen Khambete, don't even know what she looks like and if I don't specify when an appointment is made, they put me with a nurse, I hate that even when I specifically told them not to do that. When I first came to this office in 3 years ago the staff was friendly and very helpful, I don't know what happened to the staff but the new people in there are no help at all!! I don't want to go to another pediatrician but I am now forced to because I do not like this office and I do not recommend anyone to go here either. Gonna be real , I love it so far I went to this office as a kid now taking my kid, yeah she sees who is ever there to care for her appointment but they care they went to school they are smart and have been helpful with EVERY question I have esp with the covid they e been taken great safety measurements now the office is old but that’s fine they would maybe use a new door lol but so far never had a bad experience. The office staff is helpful and straight to the point I’ve never gotten an attitude, yet I guess ? lol but they mean business and want to help because they have more patients and people to schedule than just me and my baby. TERRIBLE OFFICE! Does not treat patients when they are sick instead they call two weeks later stating that they have strep! I’m going tii contact BBB and complaining to them as well The staff is trash and all these nurse practitioners are to many to count! Is the Best Doctor Pediatrician. I got 5 kids 19,15,12,9,2 yrs old. Since my first birth I been coming to this office in a love it my kids like to come see the doctor every one are professional respectful, and ltreat you like family . They clean and they got a good stuff members. God bless all of yall.

She has been my Daughter's Doctor since she was born 11 years ago. My Daughter was born premature at 25 weeks weighing 1 pound 9 ounces. We are so pleased with Dr Khambete and the other staff doctors.. I really trust the care my Daughter gets from them.

blood on the floor should be cleaned up before next patient is seen small tip if u want people to bring there kids in

Best pediatrician'' office!! Angela Waldman, NP, is the best and they have the BEST staff of nurses. My son is five and has been going here since birth and he is actually excited to go to the doctor when we have to go. Love them!
