Didn't report a case of whooping cough. After 5 years I have still never seen the doctor only the PAs

We like to put Dr Lambert’s diagnosing skills to work to try to nip a problem in the bud before seeing other specialists. Rather go to Tyrone Family Med. ANY day, as his team are sharp inquisitors &communicators, connecting all the details of the ‘whole patient’ to get to causes, not just treat symptoms w/bandaid fixes (I could do that myself). He & the NP’s & the phone nurses work thru evenings, calling w/results & updating the online portal, apparently caring about helping us stay in good health in SPITE of all the ridiculous stressors these days. Just saw NPC Leslie Johnson 1st time yesterday, & she, along w/Carol, Sherry, Caroline, Tammy, Shelley are a perfect team who never miss a beat

I have been a patient of Tyrone Family Medicine for 17 years. The staff is great and Dr. Lambert is everything a doctor should be.

Dr. Lambert helped me with a rash when the dermatologist was unhelpful.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HELL HOLE. This place is a total scam! Scam artist doctor purposely sent my boyfriend's lab work to the wrong lab and expects us to pay the $662 bill! Our entire family have depended on Dr Lambert’s, NPC Gloria’s, & his staff’s professionalism, diagnosing skill, & spot-on treatment for a long time. He & Gloria are skilled in several specialties, & Shelley recommends perfect outside specialists whenever needed. Quick, seamless communication w/the experienced phone nurses is esp. reassuring. Tip: Dr Lambert is better than some dermatologists (ahem) at biopsies & skin procedures that leave almost no trace. ;-) Good people w/a deep well of knowledge, head to toe. Milks all visits with unnecessary procedures and follow ups. Nurse is a hustler and very unpleasent to deal with.

I have been going to this practice for over 15 years. I really like seeing Gloria Carusi. Due to the office policy I was informed I would have to make three separate appointments. One for medicine refill, one for wellness and one for sick visit. They would have to all be on different days. That means I would have to have blood drawn on two different occasions. I call my healthcare provider and they even said this could all be done in one visit. In today’s busy world no one has time for 3 doctors appointments to the same office in one week to take care of these types of appointments. Our whole family goes here and they have always been accommodating and professional.

Doctor Lambert and his staff are caring, compassionate and certainly competent. I have been receiving care from him and his staff for over 7 years. The nurse practitioner is an appropriate and relevant use of resource in most incidences. I do not feel slighted in any way by his use of a NP. When I do see Dr. Lambert he actually spends a great deal of time speaking with me and examining me. His staff is prompt in their response to my phone calls. I have recommended Dr. Lambert, and will continue.

Dr Lambert & his staff have always been knowledgeable & caring about issues any member of our family has. Wish I had switched the kids from pediatrician sooner; we've had physicals & everything from routine illnesses to skin surgery (he's a pro at that) to exams for referrals to specialists over the years. Our child in med school admires him greatly, not just his consummate competence, but also for his humor & effort to communicate EXTREMELY well with us, promptly & in detail.

Dr. Lambert is the poorest excuse for a doctor I've ever encountered. Its quite obvious he's in financial hardship based on the layers of cheap help (unqualified) that he employs. He rarely engages his patient, more often contact is made by a nurse (unqualified) working from home in another state that has the bedside manners of a prison warden. Although it has been well over a year under his lack of care....no more chances. I may get a real illness that requires a doctor.
