Wonderful care. I did have to wait but they did a great job of coming out and giving a starbucks card as a way of saying sorry. Great care with teeth and wonderful teaching done. Dentist is very caring a did a great job.

Service was great, dentist was not. I got cavities filled and they didn't numb the correct nerves so I felt everything. I kept letting them know that it was hurting and they kept giving me numbing shots but not in the parts where it was hurting. Today was my first visit to this office and any dentist office in a while. I was very pleased. The front office was outstanding, the waiting room has a soothing tone with the sound of the fountains. Dentist did a onlay that was too large couldn’t bite chew pain in tooth. Had to go back other dentist worked w her to be corrected. Abscess next too onlay on gum that burst that came from root of tooth that the inlay was placed. Drove up north Atlanta to friends dentist, he cleaned up abscess and put me on high powered antibiotics & Pain medication. Hole in my gum line now you can see bone where the abscess burst. I Have a autoimmune disease (Scleroderma) this caused havoc FlareUps. Go to a root canal have infected root removed infection is gone in my upper jaw. Dentist is a Nice lady but this Won’t Cut It!! Stole 1700 dollars for pictures. Never told me about the cost of the braces til 48 hrs prior to appointment. Dont file insurance cause of some bogus reason. All together got robbed basically. Never go here unless you want to be scammed.

All staff is very pleasant except for Dana the person at the door. She was very rude and used a tone towards me a if I was beneath her. And as she spoke with customers on the phone, her tone was very short with them as well when making appointments. This makes me want to take my entire family somewhere else. I had an amazing first experience and so did my husband. We were extremely impressed the second we walked in. They were friendly, welcoming, explained everything and were HONEST! I was very impressed with their up to date technology and and Dr. K's knowledge especially when it came to my TMJ issues. Overall extremely satisfied and will definitely be making this my new home for all my dentistry. My hygienist, Ashley, was fantastic. Friendly and very efficient. I would highly recommend her to anyone. This was my first appt with this practice and thousands of dollars of recommended work resulted. Shocking given my prior dentist never mentioned any of this just 6 months ago. Todd was a kind and a great dental assistant. But I found the dentist to be curt and not very gentle. The New Patient program is great -- they scheduled my first office appointment the same week I called! Other dentists wanted to put me on a waiting list for months... very modern office & superb staff. My daughter and I both love it there.

Dr Khieu is so great. I'm not usually a fan of dentist, but she is a complete exception. I had three cavities filled today and I was in and out of the office within an hour. This was my first visit and it was great. I was waiting to see how my first visit went before scheduling my children. I scheduled them before I left. Everyone was nice, pleasant and Informative. They took their time and were thorough. I expected to be there long because it was my first appointment. I was there about an hour and a half and they were working the entire time except about 15 minutes. My husband will be scheduling his appointment as well. I love this office and staff. This Dentist office is completely unscrupulous. The office manager overcharged me and when questioned about it, she became rude and defensive. Since she was unable to support the changes with documentation, she "adjusted" the bill. However, she refused to apologize even following a meeting with the dentist. I came here a for second opinion for a chipped premolar. Previous place I went to told me I needed two root canals and two crowns when I have no signs of infection, no pain, no sensitivity plus NO full exam was done. They slapped me with a price of $2,333(paying out of pocket)I just started a new job and need to wait to enroll for dental insurance....no compassion after explaining this to them! A family member referred me to Dr. Khieu (pronounced Dr. Q). I was extremely nervous and anticipating all week thinking I was going to get bad news of having root canals if not worse. So I'm glad I came to see her. She's so polite and went straight to business. Discussed what my X-rays showed, did a real full exam, explained what needed to be done thoroughly and made me feel comfortable and confident with her knowledge.Turns out I don't need root canals just fillings! X-rays and exam showed no reason for root canals. So I'm going for two fillings and look forward to getting these done and only paying $616. Staff is professional. My dentist had just died and I had just knocked out one of my front crowns when TFD was advertising at a run/walk event in Peachtree City. I was impressed with the notion that a dentist office would publicly go after business with their staff. I live an hour away, but I wanted to find an up-to -date dentist. Dr Khieu was described as having been practicing for 25 years. I was curious, so I went to an appt. The waiting room is hip and cool. The staff begins with a tour of the sophisticated equipment and introductions were made all around. It was going to be difficult to match a missing left front crown to an existing right front. The existing one was diagnosed as severely weakened...2 new crowns, approx. 12 hours. over 4 visits later, I have a better smile than ever. Dr Khieu's extreme attention to detail is unsurpassed. Dr. Anh Khieu-Absi (pronounced Dr. 'Q') and her staff are AWESOME. It had been over 20 years since I had been to a dentist due to a bad experience getting my wisdom tooth pulled. I was very nervous. But Dr. Khieu and her staff made me feel very comfortable. The office is clean and calming. When you have your procedure done, she has TVs on the wall and overhead so you can watch a movie during it to help you relax (they had "The Blind Side" playing while I had my teeth scaled and planed). I have been to several dentists, over the years. I have been a patient of several good dentist and some not so good ones. This was my first visit to an "Extraordinary" dentist! I called in and spoke with Leslie. (the Office Manager) She welcomed me and explained that I could complete all my paperwork on their secure website. The on-line registration was my first pleasant surprise. When I arrived, I did not have to balance a clip board and search for insurance information. It was extremely helpful to have everything completed on-line. The reception area was like entering a spa for relaxation treatment. It set the atmosphere, for the most relaxing and well informed visit, I have ever experienced. I felt very welcomed, from the minute I walked in the door. I was really impressed with the high resolution photos and the detailed explainations with them. I could actually see and understand what the Doctor was telling me. I have had Doctors in past, to hold up a plastic model in their office and try to describe my problems. This photo proceedure was new to me. I could see my actual teeth and understand what the Doctor was saying about "my" teeth. I also appreciated, the way the information was presented. I was talked to in a very informative and respectful manner. I was not talked down to. I have had several experiences in past where a Doctor would practically scold me, like a disobedient child. This was not the case. Doctor Anh Khieu was excellent in explaining my issues in a non-acusative manner. It was really warm to hear, see and understand my issues, without feeling condemmed for not having flossed enough. The chairs were amazing. They have built in massagers in them. While I laid there for my first treatment, they provided a digital television above the work station. It was so entertaining. My second treatment was for an extraction. I was told that it would require surgical removal. I was concerned that there would be more pain involved. I was never in any real pain at all. Everything was explained, as it was being done. It was really reassuring, to have the Doctor comfort me verbally, during the proceedure. It was really comforting and reassuring. This review sounds biased, I know. I am so tardy in writing this review. While I was not unhappy with my prior dentist and I don't normally look at mail advertisements, something about this office's info caught my eye and before I knew what I was doing, I contacted office regarding a tooth problem and was so pleased with the outcome, my hubby immediately made an appointment, now we are both clients of this professional office. The dentist and staff were all so friendly and competent, the atmosphere is so calming you don't want to leave and going back is a pleasure rather than one of nervous anticipation. I left feeling as if I had a personal connection with entire staff. Every procedure was thoroughly explained, yet, I did not feel as if I was being talked "down to". It was if we were equal. Even if you are satisfied with your dentist, take the time to stop by, meet the staff, check out the equipment and above all, meet the dentist.
