My experience is always good. Staff and Doctor very experience no problem so far. Was there this week doing cardio exam and very polite.

The worst experience ever. I made an appointment because I had a boil on my back that needed to be drained. I made the appointment for Dr. Wayne Sebastiano. When I arrived I was told he was not in and saw the Physician Assistant. I explained my issue. She viewed the boil. She goes to sit and i see her goggling. I was Floored! She then says Im writing you a script for antibiotics. I asked If she can drain the boil because it was very painful and I was ready to be drained but had no head. she basically said no and stated the antibiotics would help with the pain. I was furious. I just had a baby that i had to bring to this appointment with me. I made the sacrifice to make the visit Just for this woman to waste my time and do nothing! The worst place ever to go for anything, checkup, blood work, if you have high blood pressure make sure not to talk to the receptionist....Horrible system in place

I was there for a covid test. Two lines which is good, one for test, one see to see doctor. As I finally got in, a sick patient proceeds to receptionist, says she home tested, is positive, is sick, has fever along with her son who has same symptoms. Receptionist says have a seat. They sit in first row, 3 feet from me and others for at least 20 minutes (I was called) They should have been moved right into a room. THEY have covid! WHAT is the protocol???? . If I didn't walk in with covid I may have walked out with it. Never again.

At first, he said he didn’t have my medical records, but one of the nurses brought him the files. From the start, he refused to read my medical records, he said I’m not going to read this (he had two weeks to do it by the time I came in) but he refused to do it even when it was in front of his eyes. Finally, he flipped through a few pages, asked me some questions, and said ok, we’re going to take your blood today. I said to him to just give me the prescription, my wife works for Quest Diagnostics, she’s going to take my blood. He again offered to have someone do it here. I said I don’t care if you have someone here, the only person allowed to take my blood is my wife. And then he started yelling at me. I said, you know what, we’re not going to work together, give me my medical records! And I left. On June 28th I I received a bill from First Care Glendale Family Medicine and they charged me $187.62 for a service they did not provide. The doctor was rude and unfriendly.

20+ year patient and I am done. Absolutely zero patient care. If Sebastian is there, or David, the PA, things run fine , but otherwise it’s a joke. 2 hours for bloodwork. And then the staff outright lies as to why I had to wait so long.

Today was an ok day with Dr. Wayne sebastino besides they were short on staff in the baldwin office and when they got in the covid 19 rapid test a lot of the staff didn't know the hang of it yet and he put pressure on the staff and it made the patients experience more nerve racking and then he got annoyed that I wanted.to do the rapid covid 19 test with regular blood work drawn but, he let it slide because I had to have it out with him in order for him to let me do both of these things. I even told him I would go somewhere else and he would lose a customer and he didn't seem so happy about that but, bedside manners not so much, it was nice he let it slide though!

I am very disappointed in this doctor. On his website he said he takes healthfirst and I took my bed bound grandmother in a wheelchair to their office to get medicine for her. I asked their receptionist if they took healthfirst and she said no. We drove out all this way for nothing. This is very unprofessional.

I come here all the time and always have a pleasant experience

I'm very sad to say that I am leaving this doctor after SO many years. Over the past four years there has been such a decline in the service at this facility that I'm left with no choice. Dr. Sebastiano is a good doctor but his office won't respond to faxes from pharmacies or call in prescriptions. If you need a prescription filled right away God help you. It can be a week long process. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing and the office manager (Evelyn) is cordial but seems to have no clue. Something that should have been resolved so easily fell through the cracks and it's scary to think what could happen if they were given a more difficult task.

Dr. Sebastiano is rarely at the Glendale office. I usually see Angelina. Angelina and nurse Erin are extremely professional, courteous, kind and caring. They truly care about the patient. The front window staff is another story. The doctor tells me to call her, I do, leave the message but she never receives it.

Unnecessary tests just to charge your insurance won't be done if you are lucky enough to see Dr Mamanova. she's amazing. Very caring and easy to talk to..i give her personally 5 stars.

I was feeling very sick, walked in and was seen by Dr. Sebastiano. He was very polite and very helpful with explaining why I was feeling sick. Thanks Dr. Sebastiano for your professionalism, patience and help!

Terrible doctors and incompetent reception. I am 27 years old, work out every day and they refuse to sign off on a physical form that requires me to run a mile and do a couple of push ups. No doctor inside the office said it was necessary to see a cardiologist when i was there. As long as i come in for a physical annually and monitor my ekg. I asked the doctor if she would be able to sign off on the form another day and she said yes no problem. I come into the office this morning and different doctor said she could not. How was this not communicated. I even called the day before coming back into the office. Terrible doctors and incompetent reception. My experience is always good. In addition, I like the fact that you don't have to have an appointment. However, Dr Sabastiano is only there 1 day a week which sucks but Angelina is a sweetheart and the best. She also is well mannered and very professional and she cares and handles your issue immediately.

There seems to be no way to take away reviews once posted. 5 stars only because I posted to the wrong person.

I took my mother to the office because she had a bad cough and congestion. There was a short wait, the PA Angelina did a thorough exam. They took blood, she got a chest x-ray, a breathing treatment and some medications. She was very pleased with the care and attention she received and was feeling much better quickly. We definitely recommend!

The.doctor sometimes orders things you don't need. If you don't do it just in case you get in trouble. I was fired for helping a pt . Angelina and beatrice are.excellent.doctors and.well mannered.

Went there for an annual physical which is covered under my insurance. Not only she charged me copay, but also sent my blood work for tests that are not preventative and not part of my annual physical exam, so ended up receiving bills for $100. Just a bunch of scammers!

I went in for a throat/sinus infection--minor and seasonal--when I received the EOB, he'd ordered tests totaling approximately $750. This individual covers his incompetence with arrogance; he sure displays a lot of confidence ...
