Dr. Burke is a caring, knowledgeable doctor. He takes an interest in his patients, and is always there when we need him.

Dr. Burke is a good doctor. I prefer him over other doctors I've had in the past. He's helped me a lot over the years and I'm healthier for it.

If I could review this place a zero I would. He has the worst assistant and the level of rudeness is max. I never changed to another doctor so fast in my life. It is not worth it, trust me. Please do not come here, you will regret it. You can simply try to make an appointment and they will literally scream at you. There is no professionalism at all. A very unprofessional office. Rude assistant and doctor. They hang up on you. He smokes in his office. Waiting area is dirty and gross that you don’t even want to sit down. Office area / reception area is a complete mess! Their phone system is ridiculous. They only answer the phone when they want to. Do yourself a favor, find yourself a better doctor. Poor place. Rank and ragedy office. Have medicaid but Dr Mark Vincent Burke asked me for 100 $ cash so he could cont. Give me an adderall script. That he shouldve reaccessed me for. What he does is criminal and his positive reviews are family or non patients

Horrible doctor not compassionate at all. Read my chart with no mask In the waiting room. Has zero respect and tried to intimidate me. I have never been spoken to in such a way by someone who is suppose to be a medical “professional”. Nothing about his bed side manner is professional. In fact I believe his goal is not to help but simply to keep someone on meds and coming in for continuous visits for financial gain. I do not recommend him to anyone. He’s quite disrespectful and his ethics are off course. He’ll drop you and any services provided by his office when he doesn’t get what he wants not what the patient needs. Worst doctor ever!!! Very disrespectful, uncompassionate, nasty. I wish I could repeat the things he said to me, but I’m better than he will ever be. He broke the patient/doctor confidentiality agreement when he walked into the waiting room with my chart in his hand and starting going in as to the reason for my visit in front of a worker/patient (I have no idea who this person was). To say the least, this was the most unprofessional doctor I have ever been to in 35 years. I would never recommend this quack and I plan on filing more complaints. I can’t be the only person he has done this to. FYI: Dr. Burke: Check your reviews on multiple sites, it seems a lot of patients think the same of you, so if everyone is saying the same thing.... I have been a patient of Dr. Burke’s for 8yrs and I think he is an awesome Doctor. He helped me with a major issue when I was desperately in need. I love him and Nicole like family. Because I have been a patient for many years I have experienced visits that were fabulous and ones that weren’t so fabulous. I think Doctors are people too. What I totally disagree with are reviews that claim he is not a compassionate and caring man. Dr. Burke HELPS patients with addiction and has to set strict guidelines and that angers lying deceptive people who later hold grudges and write horrible reviews. Great doctor!

Very happy. Just started as his patient, and am very favorably impressed. He knows his stuff, and is very conscientious. Also, he knows how to be tough, but not abrasive.

I have been a patient of Dr Burke for the last5 years and Dr Burke and his staff have been nothing but absolutely amazing my mom has even started going there. I would reccomend Dr. Burke to anyone.

Dr. Burke is always patient and caring when treating me. He speaks to me with a kind voice and explains everything in a manner that is knowledgeable and non condescending. I recommend him to all my friends. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a family Dr.

Dr Burke and his staff are literally 2nd to none. I have been coming to Dr Burke for over 3 years now and i do not think you could pay me to go anywhere else. Dr Burke does not just understand all the medical conditions you would come to expect of a doctor, but he understands the human condition. A quality which can be lost with some physicians. Him and his saff are understanding and will do their best to help you. Oh and when they say they will call you back....THEY ACTUALLY DO! oh yeah...I HATE DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS. I am writing this review to let everyone know that I have had a long road with trying to find the right doctor. Dr Burke is the doctor I decided to choose as my primary and im not disappointed with my choice. He is a great guy, very informative, speaks to me like im a person and doesn't judge. I appreciate a psychian like Dr burke. He is caring and tells me the truth. I have been going to him for 3 years now and love him, Nicole and the newly staffed Anna. I trust them. I believe what he tells me and confide in him. Everytime I come to the office they are always pro active and wear masks. It can get very busy at times so make sure you come when scheduled. I always receive follow up calls from Nicole. One time I was released from the hospital and Dr burke personally called me at 9:30 at night to check on me. I trust what he has to say. In my years I have been to many quacks for doctors and Dr burke is not one of them. He is actually very intelligent and listens. He allows me to vent when needed and he isnt a psych lol I am having some health issues right now and he is ruling out everything one by one. When I go into his office I feel safe. Dr. Burke has been my Dr. for over 12 years now. I have always enjoyed my visits. He is very down to earth and caring. One time about 9 years ago I was admitted to the hospital for an unknown stomach pain. Dr. Burke showed up within an hour of my admittance and was there to assure me that I was fine and not to worry. My visits with Dr. Burke feel more like a vist with a friend then a Dr.. Nicole is also a blessing in my medical care. I will keep going to Dr. Burke and I will tell anyone looking for a kind and caring Dr. to do the same. If I could give more stars I would because 5 is not enough. Very low knowledge, very unorganized office and poor client service. Never recommend to any one

I just went for a visit to the this Doctor during the pandemic because of a few issues. I was told that the waiting room would be empty. Instead of calling me in from my car, I entered to find three people in the waiting room. I chose to wait in the vestibule. When I was called in, neither the Doctor or the assistant was wearing a mask and said I could take off my mask as they don't have "covid". I thought this was very unprofessional. I asked for different allergy medication and the Doctor told me I didn't have allergies. Now I have to see my ENT specialist. He also barked over doing an EKG as my blood pressure has been over the top with the fear of everything. I mentioned I had vertigo and he blew that off and offered me dramamine for motion sickness which does not help with vertigo. I probably have liquid in my ears from the allergies. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Burke’s for close to ten years now. At 54 years of age, a really good primary physician is important to me. Dr. Burke always takes the time to answer any questions I have. Nicole, the best office manager in the world, always fits me in the doctors schedule. I have recommended Dr. Burke to many friends and family and I will continue to do so. The So - called Dr.Burke have a Lousy Attitude and his Medical Assistant . Plus he Lies about Illness a person would have that there No Cure . Just to keep his Patient on Medications for Life . But my Concern with him is his Lousy Attitude . I would Recommend that anyone seeing him get a Second Opinion . Don't Trust him . ????????????????

I had my first appointment with Dr. Burke last week. He was very precise and didn't make me feel like he's rushing to get me out the door. So far so good.

Well informed doctor with great bedside manner makes you feel instantly comfortable.Staff super helpful and caring as well. Office ran on time which is a big deal for me as I have waited for hours at other offices. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Burke is very thorough and genuinely cares about the patient’s health - which is a nice change from my previous experiences at other doctor’s offices. He isn’t dismissive, doesn’t over-prescribe and does everything he can to help.

I think he is a great doctor... Him and his staff are very friendly and caring they make you feel so comfortable. If your looking for a doctor to actually help and most importantly listen then Dr. Burke is your man...

Dr Burke, is an amazing, incredible doctor. Absolutely wonderful. I had my first appointment with him the other day. He jokes around alot, but not in bad taste, he makes you feel comfortable. He didn't make me feel ashamed of what I was there for not in the least, he was very open minded, very understanding, and very committed to helping me with what I need to get better. P.O.S hope his office burns down with him in it.

Very BAD for the elderly. - Didn't tell me about my moms massive blood infection until two weeks later. I had to call and ask my moms private nurse she had, if I should bring her to the hospital, based on her symptoms. This 'doctor' Mark V. Burke, didn't tell me my mom was that sick. He delayed the blood tests for 10 days, that showed she had a massive blood infection that was causing septic shock in her brain. He delayed the blood tests until the LAST of ALL tests done. And he even cancelled the Home-visit appointment that was made for the weekend, so he left me with no one to help me during this time. It's a good thing mom had that private nurse to help me at that time. I also found out this 'Doctor' had is medical license suspended for several years, a couple of decades ago. I am new to rating and critiquing doctors or business's online, but I feel the need to share what I have experienced being a patient of Dr. Burke. I found Dr. Burke online in April of last year when I was just starting my new job and needed to have a physical exam done. I chose Mr. Burke (I am done use Dr. as believe me he does not deserve the title) do to his convenient location to my house and figured how bad could he be. Well I was about to find out. On my first visit to get have my physical he read my name of my chart and said " oh Garcia, you do not look Spanish, thank god for that huh" . I instantaneously felt a pang of disgust at his flippant racist remark... Strike 1 Sir! I left his office that day deciding to never go back, but a few months later I got sick and had forgotten to contact my insurance provider to change the racist, so I went back deciding my health was more important than his ignorant comments. The second visit was not as uncomfortable accept for a few inappropriate jokes.. Strike 2 Sir! My third and most certainly last encounter with Mr. Burke is when I needed to have some emergency blood work done. By this time I had been at my job for over a year and was in the midst of changing insurance providers so I knew I would have to pay out of pocket for them to draw my blood. I contacted his office and spoke with one of his nurses assistance, I asked the nice woman how much the blood work would coast without insurance, she informed me the price would be $20 dollars and whatever the lab coasts were. I asked her for the Labs number so I can call and see how much the entire process would coast out of pocket (because like most of us I am budget conscious) . I call the lab they give me a price of $125, so all together $145.00, not bad on short notice and its needs to be done. I go to Mr. Burke's office the next day the nurses assistance draws my blood, I give her a $20.00 bill and she says "excuse me, its $25.00" I remind her we spoke the day before and was told the blood work would be $20.00 she informs me I must have miss heard. I give her the $5.00 and leave annoyed but figuring it is only $5.00 so its not that bad. I contact her as she told me to do two days later to see if my results are in, she informs me that they are in and that the doctor has informed her since I was "not a patient" and have no insurance I must pay $100.00 to get the results of my blood work!!! UM STRIKE 3!!!!!!!!!! I tell the nurses assistant that I would have never agreed to have the blood work done through them if they would have disclosed this fee prior, I also remind her that I am a patient of his and demand to speak to him. Well Mr. Burke gets on the phone straight attitude from the beginning of the conversation, scolded me for not having insurance, accuses me of lying about being one his patients and then the kicker...... HANGS UP THE PHONE ON ME!!!! (UR OUT) I was in such shock I was shaking. I call back and the nurses assistant picks up and says that the doctor no longer wishes to speak with me and that if I wish to get my results I must come in that Saturday and I must pay the fee. At this point once again I make the decision that once again, my health supersedes his ignorance and arrogance, and make the appointment for that Saturday. I had knots in my stomach the whole way to his office as I can not believe that on top of a health issue that is scaring me to death, I am forced to deal with this mans blatant rudeness. I get there he is not even there and the nurses assistant immediately informs me that he told her to get my money as soon as i walked in and before she gave me the results. Feeling disgusted and almost tearing at this time, I give her my credit card and flee as soon as she hands me my results, which thank goodness were negative and that in itself was a relief. In conclusion if you are looking for a racist, arrogant, rude doctor, Mr. Burke is your man.
