Dr. Walter served me well. Yes, his office is filled with material, but he is trying to do it all himself. He told me how to soothe my very swollen sprained ankle. He also gave me a boot, a device to wear when it started to heal, and some supporters for both feet. The constant icing of the ankle was very helpful. Overall, he has my highest rating. He also tries his best to make the patient feel at home.
No staff, he answer the phone. Never took my name or asked what was wrong, just gave me an appointment. Office and exam room both in disarray! Cannot see counter as it is covered with piles of books/papers. Walls and floor filthy, dust everywhere. Does not communicate well.
Not impressed. Gave me an RX for each foot, arch supports, but only examined one foot. Was not given a follow up appt. I just don't feel I can trust this dr.
My mom had a terrible experience. The Doctors bedside manner is aweful. He was extremely rude, uncaring and cold. Never going back.
