He addressed any concerns that I had and was very thorough with explanations of treatments, diagnoses and additional methods of improving my outcome. He took the time needed to explain everything and was very personable

My first visit with Dr Phelan, like the other review I waited past my scheduled time. When I finally got to see the dr I believe I found out why, he spent a LOT of time with me. He asked questions about how I was feeling, etc., examined me and explained to me, in detail, the issue I was having and why and the different options I had for treatment. I am very happy with Dr Phelan especially after all the previous Endocrinologists I have had that didn't seem to have my best interests in treatment.

I went today for a appointment at 3:20 pm and sat there for 1/2 hour without being seen. When I went to the window they said they didn't know when he would see me and asked if I wanted to reschedule...nope... I was a new patient, and if that is the service given I am better off finding someone else.....
