First visit was great! Very friendly staff!! Dr Blake is so nice and listens to everything you have to say and not judgmental at all! Great place!

Super knowledgeable!! The only issue I have is getting multiple bills after paying upfront . She is great though.

Horrible doctor. Refused to see me when I was in pain. Told me I’d have to wait till I saw a urologist which was 2 weeks away. Glad she’s leaving the area!

Dr. Blake has been the ONLY doctor who listen to me about my concern with my Twin boys. We went to 3 other doctors and were brushed off. She was the only one who actually did an exam and sent us to a specialist. Which both boys eneded up needing surgery for the issue at hand. And the Specialist told us if this was left untreated it could of killed them. The staff is always so friendly and so patient with my family. And with 3 kids, 15 months a part they can be a handful. Absolutely WORST doc in carthage. Doc needs to work on her attitude and manners.. Yall are a joke.

When I called for an appointment I was told this was a walk-in clinic only. When I came in at 8:45 I was asked if I could return at 10:15 since they were busy. I have now been sitting here for 2 hours and no sign of the doctor ( I can smell barbecue and hear laughter, though, so something is going on)! If I didn’t feel so terrible I’d leave and go elsewhere I hate to have wasted the entire morning for nothing, though! Dr. Blake is a knowledgable physician. She is not afraid to tell you what you might not want to hear, because that is what is in your best interest. She's always been very nice to my family, and is willing to work with me when insurance dictates my choices.

She was competent enough, but doesn't really care about the patient. She is very dismissive and condesending.

Best doctor around! She is very thorough and alway so nice. She listens to my concerns and answers any questions I have. Also, she calls to check on me when I’ve had to be sent to a different type of doctor.

I went to Dr. Blake to ask about weight management. Right off the bat she said she would not give me any drugs for weight loss as I was too old (54). I told her I did not ask for any, but I wanted some information and advice on losing weight. She said the best way was to keep my mouth shut! Nice bedside manner! She didn't just lose me as a patient, she lost my whole family. Who needs a doctor like that!!

I have never met her personally; however, she was on call for the Urgent Care and I was concerned about my daughter who was saw in Urgent Care on yesterday. Dr.Blake was paged at 719 and 742 and never once called back. So what's the point of being ON CALL if you can't return a pts call.

Very rude never been treated so badly in my life !!!

Courteous staff and very helpful when I had a problem with my insurance. Dr. Blake is thorough and takes time to listen.

Dr. Blake is a wonderful Dr. She has always had good bed side manners. She has always taken good care of me. She works 5 days a week. When most Doctors work 4 She had also been. Very kind to me. She was very insightful, respectful, and caring. One thing, though, is that Walk-Ins can not be seen after 11 a.m. I wish that would be posted more frequently. Other than that, I think Dr. Blake is awesome!

The staff was amazing! But when the doctor came in the room she was more than dissmissive she was rude beyond belief as she stormed past me. The staff did a wonderful job but seriously Good Shepherd needs a new doctor to replace Dr. Blake.!!! Not sure what we did to set her off but she was very unprofessional! !!

I've been going to Dr. Blake for over a year and she has always been extremely informative regarding my treatment and what is best for me. Doesn't order any unnecessary labs, follows-up timely with results from lab work. If you're looking for a good no nonsense doctor than I highly recommend Dr. Blake.

Please do NOT use her! My FIRST appointment with her, the staff was extremely nice, so I was not at all prepared for what was about to happen! She came into the exam room YELLING that she was NOT GOING TO TREAT ME and I NEEDED TO FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR! I assumed that she was the doctor because she NEVER introduced herself to me. She continued to yell while she accused me of being a drug addict. When I started bawling out of frustration, she told me that I needed a Psychiatrist! I left in tears!
