The actual care received was good, and would have garnered a 5 star rating; however, a year after a regular exam was done for my child, we were notified through a family member that we had an outstanding balance. When I called to ask about this balance, I was told there would be no reduction in the amount due for the year-old exam. Had I not found out about the bill from family, I wouldn't have known ANYTHING was due, because they also failed to inform me that our insurance didn't cover the full amount. Given that my phone number and the phone number of my family member were on the charts, I'm incredibly disappointed that it took a year to inform me of any issue with my insurance coverage, let alone still have to pay the aged balance due to the negligence of the front desk. Has been super good to me I have a 2nd illness that's causes problems with my eyes and he has researched it and kept him self informed on it also. Best eye doctor I have ever used .
