My family is new to the area and are looking for a great pediatrian. This office and the physcian dr. Johnson were aweful. 40 min wait. Once the doctor came in she never even introduced herself. My daughter was nervous during the exam, she is 2, and she was like i need ro get this done. After when she started explaining things to me my daughter stated she had to go to the bathroom. I told her we would be right back and she said she had to go see the next patient. Nothing was explained and no questions were answered. Even the check in and out staff weren't overly friendly. Best pediatrician for my daughters since they were born. Attentive to their needs and always rememers them.

My daughter saw Susan Johnson, I cannot speak to any of the other doctors at the practice. I do not feel she took me seriously when I told her my newborn daughter was spitting up too much. We did work through potential reflux treatments, pyloric stenosis, and dairy allergies with no success. She did not feel we needed to continue the search for why so much vomit. I believe she thought it was just reflux (in her defense, some of it was reflux) and I was exaggerating or did not understand babies because it was my first. We pushed and pushed to see a GI specialist and she finally gave us a referral after we bullied her into it. Well as it turns out my daughter had a malrotation (high risk) and had to have immediate surgery as soon as we discovered what the problem really was! I switched practices immediately! Dr. Johnson is very knowledgeable and caring in her own way. She isn't much of a talker but she is always very nice to my son and asks him questions directly. She has always made me feel at ease with any concerns I have. She spends just the right amount of time with each patient and while some may say she is rushing, I believe she is just keeping things to the point to stay on schedule. I have coworkers that bring their kids to her as well. I would HIGHLY recommend her!

Sometimes she is very friendly and knowledgable. Sometimes she acts like I'm an inconvenience. She never acknowledges my children until she puts the stethoscope on them and then doesn't speak or smile at them again after she finishes examining them. She doesn't give referrals to specialists as quickly as she should because she wants to figure out the problem.
