I found Dr. Laird to be arrogant and sexist. I would not recommend him.

Dr. Laird was preoccupied with his personal phone which rang five times during my scheduled visit.

Very good care for my health and wellness. I would recommend to everyone.

I went in for an endoscopy procedure because I was having severe esophageal distress. My experience with Dr. Laird was excellent. Dr. Laird was well informed, kind, compassionate and gave me answers that shed a great deal of light on my problem. I could not imagine a better physician experience. His staff was excellent and very responsive to my needs as well.

Very knowledgeable, confident and kind. As a new patient with an existing & chronic condition, it is a comfort having Dr. Laird (and his amazing staff) treat me.

If there were 0 stars, I'd leave that. He's smug, makes you wait, and I question his skills as a doctor. I went to see him for acid reflux and he said that I might have to get a band put around my esophagus. Hmmm, maybe we should consider some less serious options first, eh doc? I've had friends and family with similar experiences. It's a shame that we have no other options in the Valley. My family and I will be looking elsewhere for our GI needs.
