Mindy A Cooper

Dr Cooper is kind, compassionate and caring, and a quiet, thoughtful doctor. I'm a hard patient to work with due to a chronic illness with communication challenges. She listens carefully and records what I say, is smart and gives well thought out recommendations that are very helpful, and makes careful adjustments to treatments, which work well. She stays on top of routine needs, such as tests and vaccinations. I think she is an excellent physician.

I asked Dr. Cooper to NOT include information about a personal matter in my chart and she agreed not to. I just saw my chart and that information is included in embarrassing detail for all of Vail Health to read. This is not a mental health issue, it is not a health issue, it is salacious gossip. She lied to me and betrayed my confidence. I give her a ZERO.

Visit was not good. Dr. was short & testy with me, seemed preoccupied and disinterested. She ran through a list of questions & typed into her computer. I felt as if her seeing me was an imposition. Not much eye contact or personal warmth. This is not a doctor I want to go to again.

Dr Cooper is always great and knowledgeable. She is genuinely concerned about patients health.
