Dr. Goldman performed an abdominal hernia repair and abdominal wall reconstruction in 2013 after a previous appendectomy. Two years later, I had chronic, disabling pain and Dr. Goldman was of absolutely no help, even refusing to see me to discuss the problem!! The assisting surgeon in the same group told me my pain had "nothing to do with the surgery". Finally, I found a reconstructive plastic surgeon (2019) who was able to go back in and found an abdominal neuroma as well as 2 missed hernias (from clamps used as part of the appendectomy). I feel Dr. Goldman's manner and follow up was extremely poor and left me on my own to find a solution.

Dr Goldman conducted a "minor procedure" on me. OK, any surgery is a major event, but he kept me at ease during all of our contacts. He also kept me well informed, and that's very important as well. It all went off without a hitch. Very pleased with his work and abilities.
