I’ve been seeing Dr Ruetten for more than 10 years. He is respectful, caring, well informed and very helpful. He’s also a good listener. My most recent visit was very satisfactory.

If this doctor had explained to my father the meaning of fatty liver disease, and what could happen if left untreated my father would still be alive. Great front staff- very friendly and welcoming. They took all the precautions regarding Covid-19. No wait time. Dr. Ruetten was great - very relatable and good bedside manner. My husband was very happy with his care and treatment.

The clinic staff is professional and friendly. At least I think they were smiling under the masks:-) Dr. Ruetten always takes time to ask about my family and how I am doing. The exam was thorough and I am glad that he leaves me with both positives and a couple of ideas to work on to improve my health.

Dr. Ruetten is always pleasant to visit at Edward Elmhurst. He takes the time to listen and ask how things are going. He is very thorough in answering the questions or concerns with diagnosis and treatment. He also is one that is willing to treat with healthy alternatives to just giving meds and works with you to prescribe the best treatment. He treats you like a friend and not like your in the line at a retailer! A good Doc to see!

Tim consistently provides timely, succinct, and relevant information during my annual physical exams. I consider him and his team to be vital to helping me maintain my health. Could not ask for better care!

Tim Ruetten and the Edwards Elmhurst team in Sycamore are exceptionally thorough, listen to and respond effectively to every question, and take a very comprehensive approach to my medical health.

Dr T called me twice to check on status and took great effort to ensure that my followup protocols were in place.

Dr. Timothy Ruetten has been my primary doctor for over 20 years. I have NO complaints, and I am picky!

Experience was fine. Dr Tim was informative and answered all my questions. Was not in a hurry to complete the appointment.

The Dr canceled a appointment with me 6 hours before ,but wants a 24 hour notice or I will be charged 50.00 dollars where is my fifty for canceling on me and trans vac that was doing the trans.
