Have seen Dr. J for many many years and she is an excellent clinician and a very personable and compassionate dentist. She ensures your comfort (and of course your smile -:) ) is the number one priority !!

This Dentist used to have an office in Furlong called Madison Family Dental. She told me I needed a root canal and bridge work. I have never had any issues with my teeth so proceeded to get a couple second/third opinions. When I went to the other (very highly recommended) dentists, NEITHER saw any issues and when my records were sent over, nothing was noted about these procedures that she said I needed done. Since then I have had several friends tell me similar issues. She should not have a license. It’s also interesting that she moved and completely changed the name of her practice.

Myself and my two children, having moved into the area, visited this Dentist under the assumption that they had selected them as our primary dentist through our insurance. They never told us that we had to wait a month for the change to occur. Afterwards, my insurance said they would cover the mistake, but I paid the dentist almost $800 to cover the cost - because the dentist said we would be reimbursed by the insurance company. Instead, the insurance company has offered to reimburse the dentist, but the dentist is refusing because they already have my money which (I'm sure) is more than what the insurance will give them. I have spent hours trying to get this resolved and the dentist is refusing to help despite the efforts of my insurance company. The staff is rude, unhelpful, does not follow-up and I would never recommend such a practice to anyone that values their time, money and sanity.

My spouse and I have been going to Dr. Jobanputra for several years. Dr. J is an excellent dentist and we have always been satisfied with the professional service we have received. She provides advice on preventive care as well as taking care of any required dental issues. She is very gentle so any fears of going to the dentist are alleviated. Office hours are convenient and you are taken at your appointment time. Dr. J and her office staff are personable, always kind, and puts you at ease. I highly recommend Dr. J. Great practice, have been a patient for 7 years.

Dr. Jobanputra is knowledgeable, experienced, and skillful. I am a retired dentist new to the area and I was very glad to find her. Diane, her office manager, is not only courteous, but she can and will sort out your insurance, if you have it. This office is great for those who prefer small offices that provide individual attention.

Hands down one of the best dentists I've ever had. Dr. J has a beautiful, clean office. She and her staff offer highly personalized attention and service. There is no waiting time. A small office, I know that I may very well be only one there when it's time for my visit. They offer true concern and patience for any dental anxieties (for which I have plenty.) And I just received a follow-up email asking how I was doing....true excellence in customer service and bedside manner.
