Dr. Anne Elizabeth O'Day

I highly recommend Dr. O’Day. She was very kind & helpful. The course of the Invisalign treatment went exactly as she explained from the start. I am extremely happy with the end result & happy to have found her!

I had the pleasure of working with this office during both of my children’s orthodontia journeys. For the last 12 years they have following both kids (in both cases, 2 years of just “checks” for no cost). Both kids have gorgeous smiles with a plan that was individualized to each kid. We did not have multiple rounds of braces like a lot of other local orthodontists do (costly). It was actually sad to say goodbye to an office that became family. I refer this office all of the time and the feedback has always been positive.

Our daughter was seen by Dr. O'Day and her staff for several years. We were recommended by our pediatric dentist and we knew the minute we stepped foot in the office it was the place for us. Never having braces I wasn't sure of the process or how anything worked. Dr. O'Day and Leslie explained everything from start to finish. We were particularly impressed that the answer wasn't "let's slap on some braces at 10 years old and she'll be good to go" Dr O'Day's approach was comprehensive---here's the root of the problem, here's what needs to happen before braces so the braces can have the most impact. In fact, braces alone would not have solved our daughter's problem. We thought she had an overbite when she actually had her lower jaw set back too far. What we learned was amazing. While we saw Dr O'Day for about 3 years she only had the braces for a year and 3 days. The other years was laying the groundwork for the braces to do their thing. Trust the process--it's worth it. Dr O'Day and her staff have done amazing work with our sons' orthodontic care. Dr O'Day's expertise is top-notch and we (and the boys) couldn't be happier with the outcome. We have had a great experience at Dr ODay’s office. The staff is great and Dr ODay is so kind and great with the kids. The only thing a would say that they could do better at is letting people know about the option to have a text reminder regarding up coming appts. I missed two appts just because life is busy and I asked them if they had a text reminder they could send out. To my surprise they do offer that but no one ever suggested that to me. If you are parent who co-parents your child or is divorced where one party carries the insurance BEWARE! Dr. O'Day and Terry in the office refuse to respectfully confirm insurance with the parent who is not the subscriber. I pay all the bills, I simple had requested that insurance claims be submitted to the insurance carrier and receipts of my payments. I was told by Terry I was not permitted to have any information due to HIPPA. It has become a complete nightmare. Today I was told I am not permitted to get a statement of account. I had to address with Dr. O'day. The total cost of my daughters ortho is $5600.00. There is an insurance benefit in place of 3200.00. I would like to make sure all insurance payments are applied to the bill and be ensured my claims are submitted. Being I am not the insurance subscriber, I do not get the payment the insurance company, it goes to "Dad". He keeps the $.. So in order to properly follow my payments, I ask that claims and receipts be sent and I ask for a confirmation. I had to spend $4800.00 on attorney due to this situation and a great deal of anguish. All practices should best familiarize themselves with HIPPA. Dr.O'days office says: you can pay the bill but you do not have right to your child's information when you are the primary parent.
