Shane Thomas Ridge

There is nothing bad to be said about Dr. Ridge. He is thorough, knowledgeable, kind, patient, prompt and so friendly. My previous PCP retired and Dr. Ridge was recommended by a friend. Certain that I would never have such a good relationship with any new healthcare provider, I made an appointment with him. One of my best decisions ever!

Dr. Ridge is a tremendous primary care doc. I have never, ever felt rushed, he's thorough and honest. He's a great doctor.

I've been a patient of Dr. Ridge as my primary care physician for more than 10 years now. Every time that I visit I know that he will give me his full attention and take all the time required to go over all his advice as well as my concerns in the depth of detail needed. I never feel rushed as I have with other physicians. That is why I don't mind the rare wait beyond my appointment time because I know he is giving each patient all the time they may need.

Extremely poor communication! Staff was terrible and he would never follow up or call back

Dr Ridge was good to talk to but would never call me back when I requested to talk with him! The staff was of no help!! They pulled a few quick ones on me and when I called him to explain of course he would not call back!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GROUP!!!

Dr Shane ridge is a great doctor I have had him for a period of six years plus. Wouldn’t want to have a different doctor. Highly recommended

Wonderful doctor. Actually listens and spends time with you. My husband, my father in law and I all go to him as our primary and we're very happy with the care.
