Dr. Ronald Scott Kempton

By far the most AMAZING physician my family has ever encountered. Dr. Kempton is professional, knowledgeable, kind and thorough. He treats his patients in a way that puts them at ease. My concerns regarding my thyroid went unanswered and untreated my entire life, after seeing Dr Kempton, he ran tests and referred me to an ENT who later found growths in my throat and thyroid. Also, Dr Kempton was the first physician to offer my mother medication for her Alzheimer’s. He went through each medication and eliminated unnecessary prescriptions. Seeing him truly improved our family’s quality of life.

I have been to enough of my daughters appts with him and her other doctors. Dr. Kempton listens, cares, and is thorough, we appreciate that. Patient care is his top priority. If Dr. Kempton runs tests and your health issue or solution isn't obvious or not his specialized field. He will direct you to another physician or specialist, who can help. There are numerous reasons Dr. Kempton impressed me in my adult daughters care. The only problem is he's busy. There is not enough of him to go around.

Would recommend .. 1st doctor who listened to my health concerns and is helping to guide me in the directions I need to go. Understood the blood work I wanted done and looking forward to future visits

Dr. Kempton took the time to explain the benefits of a healthy diet rather than just immediately recommending medication like most doctors. I appreciated his candidness and the amount of time he was willing to spend with me.

Dr. Kempton was great with my kids. Very knowledgeable, through and kind. His staff was efficient and helpful! The office was inviting and clean. They got us right into the exam room so we didnt have to coral kids long in a waiting room. I was very impressed and grateful to find him!!

Dr. Kempton is an amazing doctor. He takes the time to listen to your complaints and explains things to you. I also like the fact that he'll listen when other doctor's won't. Dr. Kempton is a very good doctor. However his staff leaves something to be desired. If you need to speak to him directly you will need to schedule an appointment because his staff refuses to allow this and are rude. Also when speaking to his staff you need to be willing to only answer yes and follow their instruction no matter if they conflict with what you have already been told by someone else. They know everything!! If you do not comply they will drop you as a patient. I am not sure who is running the office; the doctor or the staff.

I went to Dr. Kempton specially because he was knowledgeable about the KETO diet. He was right on target. The doctor and his staff were very thorough and pleasant. They took the time to listen and discuss KETO and a number of other health issues. I highly recommend.

I've seen dr kempton for a couple of years now. Always highly encouraging, attentive, caring. All around a fantastic Dr. He really takes his time and explains everything, and wants the best for you! Staff is always friendly and helpful!

Dr Kempton's approach has helped both my husband and I get on the road to better health! He is patient, not demanding but willing to explain the "hows and whys" of what he is suggesting you do in terms you can understand and is a blessing to us both! I would highly recommend him!

Dr. Kempton has helped both my daughter and son for the past couple of years since we switched from our pediatrician. In addition to his medical background, he has knowledge of functional medicine as well which is very important to our family. He can help you find the root of the problem and explain options for recovery & healing. Last summer when we were vacationing in CO, we forgot to bring my son's inhaler. Thankfully Dr. Kempton and his nurse were able to call in a prescription promptly for us at a local pharmacy. We had just booked a 10 mile bike ride down a mountain and wouldn't have been able to go without the inhaler. They saved the day for us! Dr. Kempton is an excellent physician that is not just interested in getting you well, but in keeping you well. He listens to you and tries to find the cause of your symptoms and not just how to cover them up with medication. I highly recommend him for true healthcare.

I visited Dr. Kempton's office for the first time, and was very impressed with the clinic environment. It didn't feel like a clinic, and I was greeted by a very friendly staff. Finding a new health car eprovider can be scary stuff, but Dr. Kempton put me at ease right away. I like his philosophy on healthcare delivery approach, looking at the whole body emphasizing on health and nutrition. Dr. Kempton took the time to hear me and my concerns, and provded beneficial responses to my problems.

He’s a very caring doctor he listens to what your problem is before he tries to prescribed treatment or procedure. He doesn’t take chances with your life he pulls in specialist without a second thought if necessary I drive 50 minutes to keep him as my doctor.

My appointment was for sinus infection/problems. I have finished a round of antibiotics and feel terrible still with chest and ear congestion and sinus drainage. Dr Kempton did not examine me or look listen to my chest or even ask what had been going on. He gave me a 5-10 minute speech about a Lectin free diet and how it would solve my health problem or whatever ailed me. I was told to listen to an audiobook. He acted like he was going to shake my hand and then took his away saying you’re sick!

Dr Kempton is great to listen to your concerns and address them accordingly. He is very knowledgeable, does not talk over your head and stays up with all of the newest medical updates. I would highly recommend him!

This review is not to evaluate Dr. Kempton's level of expertise or knowledge. However, I found him to be quite arrogant and patronizing during my consult. I had him evaluate lab work. He ended up lecturing me about the virtues of consuming beef (I admitted I was not a meat consumer). I didn't ask for his opinion but he proceeded to ramble on anyway. He spent most of the session lecturing me not trying to provide the feedback I asked for.

I was looking for a new doctor, so I set up appt with Dr Kempton because I wanted to try a Mosaic doctor, and he was close. He was very personable and easy to talk to. No attitude. Little did I know that his approach to my health issues would improve my health so dramatically . Managing my health naturally instead of prescribing pills is refreshing and eye-opening. I'm learning a whole new way to eat and live and I love it. Thank you, Dr K for changing my life.
