When my previous dentist retired I was looking for a new one that was as good or better. Found it with Burns Dental. Outstanding care and close to home.

Great office, professional and welcoming staff. One of the best private dental offices in the Northland

Everyone was very friendly. I don't like change, but insurance changes happen. The staff made me feel right at home.

New to this provider as my previous dentist of decades retired. Amanda was thorough, gentle, and knowledgeable. Best cleaning ever!!

Always excellent care for 40 years with Burns Dental. Only issue I have is we have Medicare Advantage Blue Cross and Burns Dental is out of network (we don’t want to change after 40 years and such excellent care) for us and only pays some of the expenses and we usually pay approximately $350 each a year out of pocket after insurance pays. Not sure how Burns Dental Care could arrange to be in BCBS network with BCBS dental plan but would much be appreciated if they could. Thanks Charlie &Betty Poole

Burns Dental Care continues to be the best dentist I have gone to in my life. EVERYONE in the office is just great! Helpful friendly and caring. Would never go to another dentist.

An amazing team! I called for an urgent issue. They got me in less than an hour after I called. No wait. Everyone was so friendly and professional. They fixed me up in less than 20 minutes and I was on my way!!! So grateful for their help!! I e been going to them for over 20 years and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

I am grateful to Dr. Burns for his expertise and good work. He listens to my concerns and offers solutions that are spot on! He is extremely knowledgeable and up to date with the latest technology. His office staff and assistants are efficient and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
