The staff are extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. The rooms are clean and well kept. I was seen on time and had a great experience. Everything was great here, I would definitely recommend them!

Dr. Ron and staff always exceed my expectations. Office is clean, state of the art equipment, professional friendly staff. They all are very good at what they do.. My 59yr old teeth are bright white, chips fixed, receding, gums fixed, I can’t stop smiling! All my friends and even strangers, tell me I have a nice smile. Words cannot describe how satisfied I am and grateful. Thanks Dan

Amazing staff and friendly environment from the second you walk in. I felt like I was being welcomed into a family. As someone who is afraid of dental work I would recommend this place to anyone looking. There's not enough nice things to say about this experience.

I would like to thank you for getting me in so fast. Your staff is awesome. They handled all the paperwork I needed with a smile. A big improvement from where I came from. I loss faith in dentistry for a minute. Your office help restore that feeling of you really helping me. They explained everything before doing it. I was comfortable and highly recommended Dr Hayes and staff.

I don’t like going to the dentist the sounds around me the drills etc, just plain bother me. But they are the noises of a dentist office and we can’t stop that. Besides that, Dr. Hayes when I go never has hurt me, his assistants as well. Even receiving needles he knows how to give them without hurting. His office itself is top notch very clean immaculate. He’s a 10!

I have trusted Dr Hayes with my dental health for more than 20 years — he always has my comfort, safety, and well being in mind. I am lucky to have found him.

I had the best Dentist Appointment ever in life. It started with making the appointment the dentist representative Mary explained how my appointment will go ,I mentioned that I have a fear of dentist tools and the noises , Mary told me all would be fine. Arrived to my appointment and met with the Katie super friendly calm my fears made sure I understood all that would happen . I met with Megan who took me to the office and calmed me and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. , Dr Hayes came in greeted me and told him my fears of the dentist and he made me feel so calm and relaxed and I felt I could trust him and I left out of that office feeling like a new person. Easy and every representative I came in contact at Doctor Hayes office was super friendly . I recommend this office to anyone that is looking for a Dennis office who is friendly that will get the job done make you feel calm and relaxed and have you leaving out of the office with the biggest smile and your teeth so white and bright.

Extremely courteous and customer service is off the charts!! First time there got me in ASAP even called me when an opening arrived before my appt date. The ladies are on top of everything from questions to appts to co-pays and how your insurance works. Love this place!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I found this dental office on line for my mother in law , and they have good reviews , so I make appointment for her . My husband and I are so please , staffs are nice and my mother in law happy about them , she said she love this place , the location is close to our home . Best dental office in delco. Friendly and accommodating front desk, all of the assistants and hygienist are so sweet, and Dr. Hayes is always super thorough and you can tell he really cares about his patients! 10/10 recommend!

I must admit, I was very nervous visiting the dentist during Covid. I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the office, PPE worn by the staff and the procedures they had in place to protect patients. There was even air purification systems in every treatment room. Dr. Hayes is extremely thorough and never pressures you to proceed with further treatment. He and his staff always provide clear treatment plans and are upfront about costs of procedures. Dr. Hayes also sees my 3 year old daughter and he was absolutely wonderful with her. He explained everything to her in a manner in which she understood and made her very comfortable. I couldn’t be happier with this office. Started going here because my parents used them. It's about an hour drive, always seemed extreme to me until I started going here. They're top notch, always take great care of their patients. Dr. Hayes is very involved and it always strikes me as impressive how much regular training and new technology they utilize to increase their capacity to collect data and diagnose, then treat your teeth. They'll gladly sit down and talk with you to explain what they're seeing and want to do, never felt pressured for treatment or like I'm being strong-armed into unnecessary dental work, they gather diagnostic evidence and present it clearly and professionally. First time at my new dentist and it was a great experience! I got a good vibe just as soon as walking in because I was greeted with a smile and kindness. The office staff is so friendly and kind and Dr. Ron is a great listener and I felt perfectly comfortable under his care. Kia is the sweetest hygienist and all around nice person! The office is beautiful and immaculate! Probably one of the cleanest I’ve ever been in and there was no doctor office smell or any other fragrances around, which was awesome . I’d recommend my whole family to this dentist if they lived in the state. Super professional, accommodating, caring and all around great experience. They take the fear out of going to the dentist! I feel great about this practice and would recommend them to anyone.

My visit was excellent. As always, Dr. Hayes and the entire staff was pleasant yet professional. I am completely comfortable with visiting this office, even in the midst of this pandemic because they go above and beyond to provide a safe environment for all.

I highly recommend Wallingford Smilemakers and must say it was the best experience I have had in a dental office. Everyone was extremely nice and pleasant. The service provided was OUTSTANDING!!!!! With that being said, any previous issues or complex due to fear (Pain) from bad experiences was removed. The procedures was painless and they have state of the art( Laser) equipment. I’m not a big fan of getting dental work done and Dr Hayes and the entire staff really make you feel comfortable the entire visit!!

I highly recommend Dr Ron Hayes to anyone looking for a caring and down to earth dentist! His staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home during your visit. Look no further if you want the best care and state of the art equipment.

The level of professionalism and dental care, along with the cutting edge technology are what set this practice apart. I feel that Dr. Hayes and his staff go the extra mile to ensure that the patient experience is superb. Love my smile!

Dr. Hayes Is at best very inexperienced and at worst incompetent. You will find that his prices are extremely high, averaging in at $250 per filling, to put that into perspective I just paid $300 for 3 fillings which were all composite(white). When I say inexperienced what I mean specifically is the man does not do any dental work besides fillings. If you want crowns, you have to go somewhere else. If you want extractions, you have to go somewhere else. Forget about root canals, he can't do them. In short, unless you want to spend lots of extra money and waste your time going to 3 different specialists for 1 tooth, don't go here! Most dentists you can get a filling, root canal and crown at the same office. When I used to ask why he didn't do these treatments you come to expect most General Dentists to do he would say, "I let the professionals do that. I felt like saying well what do YOU do? What gets me the most is that instead of learning how to do these standard treatments, he instead does BOTOX. You can’t do a crown but you can do botox? Not to mention the snake oil salesman vibe he has going by putting together schemes you don't want your dentist doing, like trading un-used gift cards towards dental work. I’m sorry but that is distasteful. UPDATE: Dr. Hayes and staff- of course this isn't my real name. I'm not going to use my real name because I may still need to deal with this office to acquire my records or images. I challenge you to dispute anything I've said. Do you do crowns? Root Canals? Extractions(simple)? Do you not offer to trade gift cards towards dental work? I have the e-mails which I can post. I take umbrage with the fact you call this false. I have been a patient of Dr Hayes for 12 years. When I first came to him my teeth were crooked and full of metal. With an affordable plan over time, My smile has become my dream. He even lifted my smile with small injections of Botox. I am a new man. Thanks to Dr Hayes and the SmileMakers team.
