Dr Manalo listens to my concerns. My phone calls are returned promptly and the staff is very helpful.

He was very rude, arrogant and refused to acknowledge any of my concerns about my children’s health. I have documentation of existing conditions that he refused to even consider, cutting me of mid-sentence with of condescending wave of his hand. Refused to consider treatment, prescriptions and referrals before even performing an examination to determine necessity. Overall, a threat to the community as other parents may not feel comfortable challenging his incompetence and unprofessional conduct.

I agree that Dr. Manalo was extremely rude, condescending and refused to listen to me about my children's health. My son has been seen for six years by a wide range of specialists, all who agree on his diagnosis. Manalo walked in and three minutes later said that he was a medical professional and I didn't know what I was talking about, that my son was fine. After trying to politely insist, he just kept shaking his head and insisting he was right. Just refuse to see him. It isn't worth your child not getting the attention that they need, and it is not worth having someone treating you as a parent in such a rude manner.

We have used Dr. Manalo for 9 years. The waitroom time is sometimes long but I feel it's because he actually spending time with the patient. He discusses issues and develops a plan based on your child's needs (and we've had some). Unlike most places where you are treated as another #. I don't always love dealing with the office staff but feel he is worth it.

This Dr was rude, condescending, and truely didn't care about anything I had to say about my children. He talked down to me and treated me terribly when calling to inquire about some things. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
