I have 3 kids and have moved from 4 different states. I can say that it is the worst experience for me to talk a receptionist in the clinic through whole of my experience. She is soo rude and patronize people. All she answered about my request is one word " NO" with calm and quiet voice. I called again to transfer all of medical records to another clinic 10 min later. One of the best doctor we had for our kids and we highly recommend them. Also the office staff are very cooperative and understanding. We wish them all very best.

Dr. Toscano has been seeing my children for years. He is thorough and very knowledgeable. The kids love him. I have confidence in his opinions.

For years we put our faith and our trust in Dr. Toscano and Dr. Chaput for the care of our children. This review has less to do with these doctors and more to do with the lack of dependablity in their staff. When we moved out of state recently, we were told it was going to cost an absorbant amount of money to have their entire record sent so we decided to go with the "basic" records. And their idea of a basic record is immunizations, growth chart and the overview of one office visit. I've waited for a month to finally have confirmation they were delivered only to find out that the office whom has received them, cannot see our children with such little information. I am disgusted. We have one child in desperate need of tubes in his ears and another with severe psychiatric issues that need a contium of care, they know this and did not care. They do not care. With so many incredible offices in the Valley, this office and it's associates lack the attention and capability to do their job. After almost 9 years with these folks, I am relieved we no longer have to deal with their sheer incompetence. And it's really sad to have to leave this review, but if you are looking for dependablity you will want to look elsewhere. We recently transferred our two children to this practice. So far the staff and physicians are very helpful and accommodating. I am thankful especially of the receptionists who are pleasant, caring, and quick!

My children have been under the care of Dr. Toscano and his practice for 23 years. I have full confidence in his skills, both medical and personal, such as attentive listening. His staff is caring and skilled as well. I wish every medical practice could be run the way he runs his practice. I'll be sad when my youngest child outgrows adolescence, because I've felt Dr. Toscano has been a trusted advisor, not just with regard to physical health, but social-emotional and mental health as well.
