Dr. David Lloyd Tolk

Dr. David Tolk has been my chiropractor for approx. 10 years. I had never been to a chiropractor until one of my hips really started bothering me to the point where it was painful to walk. I was hesitant to go but my husband insisted on booking an appt. for me because one of his sons had had good results with Dr. David after he was recommended for sports-related injuries. Dr. David worked with me over the course of several visits, and to my amazement and delight he corrected my hip issue and the pain disappeared. After that, I became a “believer” and I have been seeing Dr. David ever since for other muscular/skeletal issues as well as occasional "tune ups". Since then my husband as well as his other son have also become patients of Dr. David. We travel an hour to see him and have recommended him to friends and co-workers. Dr. David is friendly, highly skilled and takes the time to listen to me and also explain what he is observing, as he works with me. He also has a remarkable memory, even if I haven't been in to see him in awhile. I can’t imagine seeing anyone else! His office manager, Pierce, is also amazing. Dr. Dave Tolk's care has brought me easier breathing, freer jaw movement, and much needed total body alignment. I greatly value his practice as a human, and as an opera singer who requires free movement to vocalize and move about the stage. He listens thoughtfully, encourages those things that work well, and addresses concerns with professionalism and pointed knowledge. He is always clear about the care you will receive, and I consistently leave feeling refreshed. Dr. Tolk came highly recommended by a friend and I only wish I started my recovery sooner! Being new to chiropractic care, I wasn't aware of the benefits with nerve pain. I injured myself doing a chore I've done several times in the past without issue, powerwashing for 2 hours. I woke up the next day in agony. Several weeks afterwards chiropractic care was suggested and I jumped at the chance for relief since prior traditional care hadn't done much. I called Dr. Tolk's office and Pierce, the receptionist was so warm and helpful. My first appointment was life changing! I left walking upright and in much less pain! When I first sought the help of Dr. David Tolk for a problem with my neck and shoulder, I was skeptical about Chriopractor care. With a few visits, he resolved my pain, and it's no longer an issue, which it had been for years. Then, he also helps with other issues and seems to know what’s going on with my body before I do. I’m no longer a skeptic and believe in Chiropractic care thanks to him. Years later, I still go for regular maintenance & adjustment visits and I always feel better after. I have been going to see Dr. David Tolk for over a decade. In my humble opinion he is one of the best medical professionals I’ve ever had an experience with. He is very thorough and listens to his patients. He is focused on seeking the best positive outcome possible. Never once have I felt rushed or pressured into any form of treatment that I wouldn’t want. I have seen him for many different ailments and have always had a great experience.
