Rude staff! My insurance switched me over to this office and they told me they were taking no patients and hung up on me! They made my already bad day worse. Thanks!

Edit: Lynch is my Dads primary care physician and he seems to be a competent doctor and shows concern and care for the well being of my dad. My dad has multiple complex health issues and Dr lynch & his staff have really stepped up their work and that has been helpful. I’ve been seeing dr Lynch for almost 20 years, I find him to be cold,uncaring, and unfeeling of my needs emotional or otherwise. He never seemed to take the time to listen or care about me as a patient. I began seeing Stacie only for a couple of years now. She’s always been very nice and seemed to listen and care about me as a patient. The staff has always been and are very nice. Very helpful and accommodating. I have been going to Dr. Lynch for years. The whole office is professional, kind and helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Lynch and staff.

Would not give me advice on how to take care of ulcers on my leg, while I was waiting to start wound care. I finally went into ER and they found I had a blood clot. This was almost 3 weeks after I first came to see him. He is beyond uncaring. Loves to talk to you about his golf game, but seems detached from the patient. Needs to retire along with his adoring staff!

Normally I don't take the time out of my day to write anything negative, but I feel it is necessary when it comes to this office. I always appreciated Dr. Stacy, she was very kind and straight forward the few times I was seen by her. I've always felt like Dr. Lynch saw me as another number. He never cared to ask how I was truly doing or get into detail about how my day to day life and how my mental and physical health actually was. Instead got me in and out of his office rather quickly leaving me feeling even worse than when I showed up. If you're looking for close personal care from a doctor who actually cares about you and your well being then don't go here. I have been going here for years and have never had a bad experience with them at all. Everyone is kind and friendly. Dr lynch is a great Dr and the nurse practitioner Stacy Liebelt is AMAZING! Love her.

Doctor Lynch and his team have always made me feel welcomed and cared for. He goes out of his way and listens to me about every issue or question i have about my health. I recommend.

Terrible. I went in eyes swollen shut. Snot pouring down my face. He came back with a post it note which said “Claritin, Allegra, and benedryl at night” everything over the counter. I could’ve bought one of each from the drug store myself. When I returned later for gout attacks he told me lose weight. I asked him my previous visit weight vs today’s. 45lb loss as I’m doing weight watchers. He doesn’t want to really help just blame everhthing on weight and tells you to take otc pills. He doesn’t care about his patients. I’ve continued being belittled by him because I have no other primary... and because of this haven’t been back in a year...

Very disappointed, staff was very rude, uncaring and full of excuses. The doctor is never in and seems to be too busy to take the time to listen to his patients, if you can even get in before your hospitalized.. I will not go into detail but If you want a reliable caring doctor that listens to your symptoms and seriously wants to help you, and a staff that can accommodate their patients, I would go elsewhere. Dr. Lynch is an excellent physician and Stacy Liebelt is an excellent Nurse Practiioner. He applies common sense to extremely colplicated issues. Most people have many things going on with their body and with aging. To keep it all straight and make sure people lead the most fulfilling lives seems to be his goal. On very few occasions have I met a practitioner so knowledgeable about pharmacology. How meds work with each other and dosage is an art, and this is where dr Lynch and Stacy do very well. Dr. Lynch is a great doctor! He is a right to the point doctor, love that. People have to be their own advocate understand your insurance before you go, that's patient responsibility, not dr.s office. STAFF has always been quick and efficient, being busy is different then being rude. Love this doctor! Wendi dallas

I started seeing Dr. Lynch a few years ago and have been so happy making the switch from my last doctor. I feel like he stays on top of my health concerns and really cares about me as a patient I highly recommend him!

Dr. Lynch was so helpful to me and gave me some good pointers on weight loss. I thought he took me seriously which hasn't happened in years. Thank you Dr. Lynch!

Horribly rude and unwelcoming receptionist.

Dr Lynch was rude in a hurry to get me out of their wouldn't recommend anyone to go to him, staff seems like if they don't care for patients please do yourself a favor and go else where.

Lynch is intelligent but has negative "bedside manner." Really uptight guy, something wrong there. The staff? HORRIBLE! Not even worth writing the story about what they did - but nasty and malicious would describe them. AVOID THIS PLACE!

I LOVE Stacy! Not going to lie though, some of the staff needs work. I've been stuck for months trying to get my prescription when all I had to do was make an appointment, and they couldn't tell me that for three whole months! Constantly giving me the run around, or the wrong answers of what I needed to do. Tried to call today ( didnt realize they were closed), and immediately got hung up on! I LOVE Stacy! Dr. Lynch is awesome and honestly I have never had any problems with the staff I would say I enjoy seeing him however I prefer not to see him :-) I’m not a big fan of hospitals or doctors offices I’m the type of person that prefers a good bill of health however they do make it a little more pleasant. Keep up the good work

Completely horrendous doctor, unprofessional, uncooperative, unwilling to help, always made me feel increasingly uncomfortable, made me go through incessent hoops to get anything done before completely refusing to service me anymore.

I Really Like Dr Lynch Stacie and Staff I Just think they should check up on their patients better as IN Scheduling Blood work when they can see it hasnt been done in awhile.

Dr. Robert Lynch and Stacie Liebolt are absolutely fantastic! Both are very compassionate and detail orientated when it comes to my health care. They refer to excellent specialists in the valley. I have never been disappointed with any of the doctors they have referred. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I am always able to get an appointment the same day if needed. Providers are wonderful. Procedures within the office via staff is at high school level. According staff, all patients do not work. Asking staff to drop off a filled out form into the mail is not procedure; staff stated that all members pick up their own forms and you are out of luck if you work - you must take time off to pick up your forms. If I had known that prior I would've waited for the form to be picked up. Guess they can't afford a stamp or two for their members.

Dr. Lynch II, is helpful by being attentive to my medical needs. He listens to me and helps me to set and maintain an affective mode of treatment. I trust him in giving me the right medical advice when needed! He rates 5 Stars!!!

I love that Dr. Lynch's office always answers the phone, with little hold time. No machines or phone loops. My family can always get an appointment, same day. Try that at any other office in town. Staff is friendly and caring. Medical care is precise and effiecient. Nice to have a small town doc these days.

Dr Lynch and his staff are very friendly, caring and considerate. They always get my family and me seen often with little to no advance notice. They fit us in. What dr these days does that? Dr Lynch and his team treat my family as if we were their own family. He is an excellent doctor with an exceptional staff. Stacie and Courtney are outstanding. My family was lucky to have found Dr Lynch's office almost 20 years ago. No complaints only many complements.

The staff are rude. They have no concern for patient care. Here's my recent experience: My private insurance does not have an upfront copay. I receive a bill later as to what my copay was. Apparently I was charged and missed the bill in the snail mail. A few months later as I tried to refill a prescription, and after several attempts by the pharmacy to have a life sustaining medication filled, I attempt to contact the office myself and learn that I must be seen by the doctor before my prescription can be refilled. Then told that I can not even get an appointment until I come to their office and pay my bill. Why can't I pay it at my appointment?? Makes no sense to me. I'm willing to pay, but have no time to drive to the next town to pay before I can even be seen. Your customer service and quality of care is horrible. I do not recommend this office to anyone.
