Mr. Brian Edward Elliott

My husband and I are new to the area and new patients with Dr. Brian Elliott. We were so impressed with his expertise the time he took to do our exams, we would recommend him if you are looking for an OD. Just excellent!

First time going to the office and me and my family treated very nice and staff very professional.

I had an eye exam last Friday. Dr. Brian Elliott was great in all aspects of the exam. Prompt and through. Asked me lots of questions, and was inquiring about my general health and well being. In addition, Jessica, also know as Little J, was very professional all the way through the various machines and questions. I am very pleased with every stage of the process, even the covig-19 issues. Awesome Optometrist but a very cold hearted and callous staff! I left after years of dealing with them but I will miss Dr. Elliot. 1. Office Assistants refused to give me a copy of my last prescription. 2. Office Assistants refused to give me actual copies of my medical records. I have never had a physician refuse to give me copies of my actual medical records and I find it to be form of reprisal for former patients. I'm so lucky I found this place. They squeezed me in when I told them I was losing my insurance. Despite being a "squeeze in" I received top notch quality care. Never felt rushed. Everyone is amazing and extremely pleasant. A very nice combination of professionalism with a personal touch, they even toss in a little humor as well. The house converted to office is absolutely charming and very welcoming. During my exam I watch others come and go, all with huge smiles. Dr. Tong discovered I had been mis diagnosed given a prescription of "mono vision" that was not right for me. The mis diagnosis had been overlooked by not one, but three prior eye exams. For the first time in 2 years I could see better immidiately. The mono vision was the primary culprit of my discomfort. There wasn't any high pressure upselling, as a matter of fact they made sure to find frames that were completely covered by my insurance with no out of pocket expense for me. Very professional staff and Doctors, they go out of their way to make sure they can get you in that same day if you are having eye problems, Would recommend to family and friends

Best ever! Love Doc. Elliot and his staff. Helpful, Knowledgeable, Detail orientated, and they even speak Spanish.
