The staff at Complete Primary Eyecare are extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I always need help picking out my new frames and they spent all of the time that I needed to help me to choose the best fit. Dr Kay's exams are very comprehensive and accurate. When we are completed, I am confident that I have received the best care for my eyes.

The doctors here are amazing but I did just learn they no longer provide glasses for me with my insurance!!! They do the exam which is good but I have to go get glasses elsewhere!!!

The service here is very nice. People are polite and I treated very kindly. My only problem was that it felt like I was waiting forever to be called back to the optometrist. My appointment was at 3 and I left after five o’clock

I needed a new local Dr. for my mother and they were so kind to her ! Me being impatient sometimes was quickly reminded that great things come to those who wait just a minute ! From the first phone call to the exit leaving was an impressionable experience! Keep up the great local vibe !!

Friendly receptionist! Today was the 1st appointment I had with Dr. Kay and I was very impressed. She took the time to explain my eye issues in spite of how busy the office was.

I never been treated so good,Doctor Kay was great she explained everything to me that other doctors did not. The whole process was extremely great.All the staff was extremely helpful.They treated me like family.

Absolutely love complete primary eyecare. Dr Kay was knowledgeable, fun to work with and professional. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. The glasses selection was great and I got assistance in picking the right frames. Also I got free contact samples to help me select which brand/type I prefer.

Very expensive compared to others in the area. Gave me progressive lenses without my permission. I complained and was told I will get use to them. My wife had problems with her contact lenses and they screwed her as well. We will never be back. I will be letting everyone know as well. We feel completely ripped off. Over $1000.00 spent for glasses I can't wear and junk contacts!

I must say Dr. Kay is the best eye doctor my family ever had. She takes the time to check all of us thoroughly and diagnosis properly my one son has an eye that is lazy and very complicated to correct but she has done a fantastic job not to mention she has the best staff that are friendly and always willing to help..

Dr. Kay is hands down the best eye doctor in the area. She was able to diagnose my condition after two ophthalmologists in the area failed to, because they just didn’t care or have the time to listen. Her diagnosis literally saved my life. I highly recommend everyone go to her.

Dr and staff are friendly . Dr Gerdes is very educated he checked my eyes and found cataracts . I was wondering why my eyes were not seeing as well. He was patient and explained to me.

Easily the best eye doctor I have been to. He is very thorough, and the visit was not rushed or hurried like some big box stores tend to do.

Very dissatisfied my prescription was incorrect when I picked my Glasses up first time. When I said I couldn't see they got very offended, I picked my glasses up the second time was handed through the window, no fitting, and I try them on and they still aren't correct. All this money spent on glasses I can't wear

Been going to him since I was a kid. Dr. Gerdes is friendly, professional, and a great eye Dr.

This was my first visit to Dr. Gerdas. I was very happy with the visit. He took care of the examination, picking out of the frames and fitting of the frames. I have never had a pair of glasses that the vision was right on. I would recommend him to all my friends.

Great Doctor and office staff.!!!

Terrific optometrist with a friendly expierienced receptionist. Doctor was great with my grandchild as well as adults. Easy, thorough bedside manner. Office is equipped with state of the art equipment. I've been seeing Dr Gerdes for many years and highly recommend him to anyone in need of optical expertise.

Dr. Gerdes is kind and attentive. His Receptionist is friendly and does her job very well. The office is rather small but neat and clean. It's convenient to have a doctor locally and keep business here in town.
