Dr Slemons and his staff are a top notch primary care facility. They have been a team for over 20 yrs. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. You're never rushed even at their busiest times. You're treated with kindness and dignity. He is part of the Steward Medical Group. Any imaging needed he refers to Hubbard Diagnostics which is conveniently located down the street. For services not offered in Hubbard you'll be referred to Hermitage Diagnostics in PA. Offices are always clean and tidy. Should you need a primary care physician he's the one to choose! He’s a very caring doctor. He takes the time to listen to you and your concerns. His staff is very friendly and it is a very comfortable experience.

Dr. Slemons and staff are the most efficient, kindest and professional in town! Thank you for being a great doctor and supportive staff.

website is inaccurate and office is not actually taking new patients. If your medical group allows scheduling online shouldn’t that be honored? Only way to set up an appointment is by having paperwork mailed to you. It’s 2022 get with the program, who would honestly feel safe mailing their medical information to an office.

Love doc and his staff

Staff is very friendly. Dr. Slemons is very easy to talk with, he is always concerned and attentive.

I have been coming here for as long as I can remember. Staff is friendly and helpful, and Dr. Slemmons is wonderful!

Dr. Slemons is one of those rare physicians who uses common sense with good medical care. In my case, I came in for a visit after being ill. He examined me and sent me straight to the hospital were I ended up on IV antibiotics for 3 days. (Shout out to attending physician, Dr. Shina too.) I didn't realize how sick I was . I don't know what would have happened if I had not been under Dr Slemons care that day. I also want to say that Dr. Slemons office staff is wonderful. Appointment was scheduled promptly. Courteous staff and wonderful, caring Dr. Prescription sent to pharmacy immediately. Would definitely recommend this dr and office.

Dr. Slemons is as good as it gets when it comes to a primary care doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of your health and truly cares about your overall well-being.

Dr. Slemons is an great doctor, very down to earth with you. He speaks to you on a level where you don't require a medical background. I would highly recommend him.

Office staff always very courteous and professional. Dr. Slemons always takes the time to cover everything in our visit. I never feel rushed I can discuss my health concerns without him wanting to rush out of the room.

The ladies in the office are always very efficient and so friendly. The 2 nurses in the back that check your vitals and review your information are also very friendly and efficient. Dr. Slemons always comes in with a smile on his face and makes you feel very relaxed. He reviews everything with you and addresses any concerns you may have. I highly recommend them. He and his staff are practically family at this point! I've been a patient of Dr. Slemons since I've been very young and the man has always found every way possible to help me and my family.

Great experience now with all this covid stuff going on it was still easy heck easier I didn't have to leave my house or wait days for an appointment it was over the phone and done

Dr Slemmons is a very caring and compassionate physician! New M.A. Kenzie was very friendly and knowledgable!! Entire staff is great!!

Dr. Slemons is a great diagnostician and a good man. Hubbard is a small city where very little is not discussed in some capacity. Over the years there have been many stories of Dr. Slemons going above what's expected, especially for critically ill or dying patients. His staff is also very competent and friendly.

Great Dr. Listens and is very knowledgable! I have been going to him for years. Sometimes his office staff can be a little snippy!

Would have given all stars, it's just waiting time in waiting room and in exam room are a little long. But over all very satisfied.

Both Dr. Slemons and his staff- Beth, Terry and Nikki are extremely competent. Dr. Slemons is extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my medical needs.

I have been a patient of Doc. Slemons for over 10yrs. If you are looking for a doctor that takes his time and listens, you need look no further. His staff is awesome as well. They treat you like a person and not a number.

They have gone overboard with their precautions in the office for covid-19. My son was home from the military and had to sit in the car for 1/2 hr until I saw the doctor. As soon as he was done with me he ran out to see my son. The staff wouldn't just have to doctor go to the front desk and wave to him. Sad

While I like the Dr. , I cannot say as much about the receptionist there. Her attitude because I wanted to pay in cash and didn't have a credit card was atrocious! When I pulled out my cash you would of thought I pulled out a snake or gun.

The staff is very friendly and nice as well. Dr. Slemons’s has been my doctor for at least 25 years or more. I highly recommend him.
