I have been seeing Dr. Chao for about a year and have been more and more impressed with his medical knowledge, understanding my specific disease and his very nice "bedside manner." He has a warm personality and connects with his patients. He is not rushed and takes the time to explain medical terms and answer questions. Dr. Chao was rushed and dismissive of my concerns. He did not consider all my symptoms to assess correctly. If you have a simple disease perhaps he would be adequate. Not the case for me.
Best Rheumatologist ever. He solved my problem and changed my life.
