My son, Matthew Sweet, was under your treatment on January 24, 2021. Right away when he got home, he quickly told me about his mistreatment under your care and how you seemed to contradict a lot of the information he told you. I mean, it was his first time in the ER, and instead of providing a safe environment for my son, you only seemed to make him feel worse. I visited Dr. Gerstein on January 24, 2021, and I was admittedly met with an unwarranted sense of hostility from the doctor. Instead of trying to help someone through their first anxiety attack, Dr. Gerstein did the expect opposite. Dr. Gerstein was rude, impolite, and most of all, unhelpful. That day, it was my first time visiting the ER and I needed someone to comfort me during a crisis, and Dr. Gerstein did not provide any kind of comfort or security whatsoever.
